With Amazon making it so easy to shop from the comfort of any desired space I forget the benefits of going into an actual store . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Ari (hope I spelled her name right ..pretty red curly hair) she legit held it down giving fashion advise to customers and all. They were all very nice the cashier's were so observant offered accessories in a natural way without sounding pushy. From beginning to end the service was on point there was a guy at the register (unfortunately I did not get his name but I'm almost sure he was the manager) he made small talk while also informing me about the style and fit of the shirt I was looking at, again very natural and organic he made sure to make a memorable moment. I don't get out much and can be a bit socially awkward so it felt really good to converse with the staff and I feel motivated to get out more so thank you to the staff at this rue 21please continue displaying your authentic selves and awesome teamwork it is very much needed and appreciated .?
