Absolute night mare. I took my car to Safe Tech to replace the front wind shield. They damaged my air conditioning and I had to spend an hour stuck on beltway 8 in 110 degree heat to get home. They refused to take responsibility and I had to take my car to the dealership and it took a week of diagnostics to figure out what was wrong. I was without my car for a week. Dealership discovered that the Safe Tech worker had cut the wiring to my air conditioning. They were finally able to calibrate the car and fix it correctly. Don't use these guys!!!

Located at the service center of the dealership. They use the dealership as a remote location to fix windshields, so don't expect any signs or banners stating it's Safe Tech Auto Glass. I think their main shop is located elsewhere. I had a small crack on my windshield. The crack occurred in the morning and I was able to get an appointment in the afternoon. The process was super easy. Just drive up, fill a quick form, and someone takes your car about 50 feet up next to a small shack and works on the crack(s). A single small crack gets fixed relatively quick - maybe 15-30 minutes. The technician was friendly and professional. Customer service rep over the phone was also polite and professional. Since my insurance covered the cost 100 percent, I did not have to pull out my credit card or anything. I didn't have to pay my insurance or worry about my premium going up either. Maybe call your insurance to verify if the same applies to your plan. I was told that the company also does window tinting. I asked for a quote but never got one, but it's not a big deal. I recommend coming here. Quick, polite, and professional.

Great communication and service. I was told the tech would be here at my home by a certain time and he was. The windshield was replaced quickly and i was on my way. Yes it was installed correctly. An hour after the tech left I got to test the installation in a rain. The price...... extremely competitive.

Called my dealership about a windshield repair and they transferred me to Safe Tech Automotive. Jacob was the poc and was very courteous and helpful. He mentioned that my insurance, USAA, covers the repair and waives the deductible. There was no out of pocket expense. Flo was very friendly and completed the repair in less than 10 minutes. The whole process was quick and easy from beginning to end.

Worked with them out of Flagship Car Wash in Humble and they were great. Walked through the insurance process with me, did the work quickly, and even fixed an extra chip in my windshield for free. Highly recommend!

Safe Tech Auto Glass was just as advertised! Efficient, Easy and most professional! They have repaired many chips on my windshield saving me 100s of dollars out of pocket! I have worked with Austin and Jacob and they where awesome!! I couldn't even find the repair after they where done! Austin had performed a very impressive lock crack repair at a very affordable price. And they give you a life time warranty!!! Wow!! I will be coming back as soon as I get another one and would reccomend them.
