I visited this wonderful establishment and the server Josue was very friendly and helpful to me! I love how there is a variety of selections and the atmosphere made me feel like I am appreciated. I would come back with my friends next time!

An excellent place to get a healthy salad with lots of different items. I go here once or twice a week to get a fiber rich meal with lots healthy phytonutrients and also tasty ingredients. The regular salad is the bomb. I take one star off because sometimes (not often) things are not as fresh as they should be and also they have unhealthy options like wraps and cookies that defeat the whole reason for going to get a salad. The avocado jalapeño dressing but one scoop goes a long way. High calorie dressings should be avoided - if taking to go - definitely better to use a healthy low calorie homemade dressing instead.Vegetarian options: You can build your own salad and it’s easy to choose only plants.

This Sugar Land location severely waters down their ranch dressing. Third time ordering from here and never again. My salad looks like watery soup and barely any ranch flavor. I've had no issues at any of the downtown Houston locations.. but Sugar Land will never receive my business again.

Vegetarian options: Mixing the fruits with different vegetables and lettuce is a perfect combo for my vegans don’t forget the balsamic vinegar dressing!!!

Will be making my own salads this year! No more salata! I tried to start the new year off on a healthier vibe, I normally love salata. Yesterday I went to get a small salad and paid $13-$14. When I got back to work I ate some of the salad and the lettuce tasted funny like it had not been properly washed. It tasted dirty. Also the chicken tasted funny as well.Less than an hour after I had to crawl to the trash can at work to throw up everything. I had to leave work early!! I’m still recovering today from whatever food poisoning I received. I plan to call the heath department as well! I know it was the salata because I had felt fine up until I ate the salad. Worst experience ever. I will never go back.

All would've been better if not for the when we went to check out. The employee asked if we wanted to use our $4 rewards points but then the system only applied $2 of the 4. They expected us to then pay ANOTHER $2 after our card was charged for what we owed. They also didn't know how to fix it which was worse. The food wasn't near that good to deal with.

I eat at salata all the time and always spend $20. This location gave little to no salad for $20. I literally ate about 7 bites and it was gone. On top of that I ordered a regular instead of a small.

I came here with my family 9/16/2023. The person working the line did not understand what I wanted in my wrap. I asked for bell peppers, and she put cucumbers in my bowl. I asked for strawberries, and she gave me blueberries. This did not bother me. I figured maybe I didn't speak loud enough, but then when it came to check out, I realized she didn't understand English very well. I told her I wanted to get my points, but I couldn't get my app to work, so I was going to give her my phone number. She didn't understand what I was trying to say. No problem, I will just add it with my receipt. However, she didn't give a receipt. When I asked for the receipt, she seemed confused. Another employee came to assist but was unable to provide the receipt either. How do I even know she charged me correctly when she can't even get my or right or provide a receipt? Management, please make sure your employees are properly trained on how to use a cash register. I'm very disappointed with this location.

I always come here but recently it's always dirty! Doesn't seem like it's well maintained at all. Furthermore, they always give attitude. If I'm ordering a salad and I'm a vegetarian not going to get any meat nor falafel on my salad. Then I expect when I ask for more veggies it shouldn't be a problem, apparently it is. Please train your staff to add more if a customer is asking of course being reasonable. This location definitely needs to improve their customer service.
