I went to the salon for maple gold highlights and the lady with red hair i don’t remember her name assured me she will do the same up on asking her several times that she understood what im asking for she responded yes but i think they use whatever they have available colors when she finish the front part of my hair she ran out of color developer and looked for it for around 10 minutes then she couldn’t find it but told me she did.meanwhile while she was doing the rest of my hair she was telling me may b there is slight difference between my front highlights and the bottom part because i have darker hairs at the bottom as soon she wash my hair she realize the color is very light at the ends because of color the developer she ran out of she started to say i will do it better the next time when u come and put a lot of toner on my hair massaging it for 5 minutes to bring the front hair color tone down to match with little to no highlights with the front hair when i checked my hair i could only see the highlight in front but little to nothing at the ends when i told her to fix it she started making faces on me showing me very bad attitude and started speaking in her language and saying she can’t fix because she is getting late to pick up her kids and with very bad attitude she pointed to a guy that whatever you want to fix he will do it but the guy seems to be not caring i paid 130$ for nothing they forced me to pay left disappointed i want my money back.

It was really bad, today after a year of being their customer, they hired a new person who was very rude and disrespectful and ruined my hair. I have never seen such a personless person in my life. They just wanted to finish quickly and go to the next customer without considering the customer's satisfaction.👎👎

Had a bad experience today, the lady handling my daughter hair so roughly that she cries, she cit her hair short when told her just trim the hair. Never go back to this salon again.

My daughter got her haircut.. they are quick and did a good job and got to us right away even though we were walking. Child haircut states 10$ on pricing but they charged 13.. no big deal as they did a good job

Worst place ever I don’t recommend it at all the people were rude and make faces at you , they also talk crab in their language , they can’t do a simple hair line so any men that come don’t waste your time and money.

Just got my hair done and the staff did an amazing job! They paid closely attention and listened what I wanted. It's even better since not all of the staff speak perfect English but they translated and communicated if there are some need adjustments. Best of all their prices are affordable as well! Would love to come back agian. 🥀

I have been in Sugar Land six years and have tried many, many salons. First, let me say my hair is difficult. I have a lot but it's fine and wavy in spots and straight in others. Coloring my hair is always a gamble. I have a lot of natural red so highlights can be iffy. Today, I tried Salon 9 and Hannah highlighted my hair and cut it. It is stunning! I could not be happier with the results. The price was very affordable which made it an even better experience.
