From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm to help me find the perfect appliance for my home.His knowledge of the products was truly impressive, and he took the time to explain the features and benefits of each option. Q listened to my needs and preferences, and made thoughtful recommendations that were tailored to my specific requirements.Not only was Q. Ali incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but he also had a great attitude and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. Q was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I was able to find the perfect appliance for my home, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. We have gotten used to relying on large retail stores to services our appliance and home electronics needs that we have forgotten about the businesses that have been apart of the community for decades.It has been such a refreshing experience going to Sara Appliances and Electronics the past several years and walking out with quality products, fair pricing, exceptional service, and most importantly, knowing I am supporting a family owned business. From a Tempur-Pedic mattress and a Sonus soundbar, to a fridge delivered within 24 hours when my conked out, I am and forever will support Sara.Special shout out and thanks to Mehul and Chuck for everything. We ordered a Bosch dishwasher and a GE stove top. We ended up getting the Bosch dishwasher from Best Buy because it was going to be another week or more and we'd already waited 6 weeks.As for the stove top; the first one was installed after waiting 6 weeks and it was cracked. We had to wait over another month for the replacement to come in from GE...so it was over 3 months (closer to 4 months) for a stove top.We paid full price (up front) for these items & no compensation was offered for this longgggg wait! Just saying!At least they did refund my money (did I mention we paid up front, :-) without issue on the dishwasher...thanks.

I tried to do business with them. I received information on the appliances that I was looking to purchase but not the prices. I have emailed two times asking about them sending the prices. I'm talking fridge, range, dishwasher, hood vent, washer/dryer. No response. I guess they don't need my business.

Unbelievable useless warranty service. Replacement washer came in and the installer damaged my island cabinetry and they refused to even acknowledge the damage while the installer was here.The Epic warranty they sell on the appliances are absolutely ridiculous! Do not buy from these guys find another company!

I don’t know what we would have done had Chuck Katz not been our appliance representative! He assisted us with the purchase of all appliances needed for 2 historical homes. Chuck made it so easy to do business with Sarah Appliance. Plus, he assisted us in obtaining $1,400 in rebates offered by the appliance manufacturers. We will always recommend Sarah Appliance to our friends and family!

The showroom is well stocked, however staffing is limited. We were in the store for approximately 15-20 mins, and nobody assisted us. Two different associates stated they would be with us shortly, but for the amount of customers, they were unable to accommodate. Sales prices were comparable to other stores, so we left without speaking to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish!! Amazing people who helped us. Highly recommend to everybody. We got a Tempur-pedic mattress and absolutely love it. Woke up without any back pain!

Needed to purchase a refrigerator, started at Lowes and had 2 delivered damaged, delivery people rude. Cancelled and looked for better retailer. Sara had product we wanted in stock, Joey Mohammed made purchase a pleasure and Nino the delivery driver was professional and polite. Great experience, will purchase from Sara Appliance again.

Would NOT recommend!!! Extremely unprofessional, no service for months even after full payment. Absolutely no accountability to provide updates. When contacted, they have abundance of excuses including "our tech is very busy". Seriously!!! Then why accept the contract and the full payment??? You probably made interest on my money for months!!
