Went to go get cigarettes with my valid ID and the cash register refused to serve me and said my id was fake, which is ridiculous since I just had it renew, this happen at 12:40pm May 5,2025 , the old man didn’t want to give me his name so that’s the time the incident happen, if yall decide to check the cameras

After pumping gas, I sat in my car a few minutes to check messages, as I don’t like to use my phone while driving. I was the only customer, the cashier stood in the entrance of the store with the door open and starred at me for over 5 minutes. I felt very uncomfortable. As I pulled away, he went back inside the store.Definitely uncomfortable and racially profiled as he did not come out when there was a customer or a different race there as I pulled up.

I had to shell out a few dollars for gas here but it worked out great. Yes they're a bit run down and tucked away and not that friendly, but it's a lot cheaper than a lot of the options in Sugar Land and I appreciate that. We stop here often when we're in town, we get gas cheaper than 95% of Sugar Land stations here.

I like this Shell, the prices are reasonable, the people are nice, and if you go online and complete your information you can enter your phone number and get a minimum of 3 cents off per gallon of gas. Sometimes more.

Do not use the car wash at this location. I went yesterday and got the $10 option. The brushes beat so hard on my car. The dryer didn't even dry my car and blew wet leaves all over my freshly washed car. I didn"t notice until I got home that there are marks all over my car that look like wax that was applied with a brush. Just do yourself a favor....stay away!!!

The gas pump always pours slow and the card reader doesn't read any of my cards so I always have to go inside and guess how much to prepay to fill up my vehicle.

Gas pumps are too damn slow, took 15 minutes to pump a tank of gas. AN THEN, have to go inside and stand in line to get a receipt because printer in the pump doesn't work.
