Today this morning my husband is waiting outside for them to open just to get treated like dirt , I don’t know if it was a manager or a employee that open but he was racist , my husband was showing him the code to the paint he needed and he wouldn’t even look , I don’t understand how people like that gets jobs , you’re suppose to be helping your customers not treat them like dirt , doesn’t matter what race they are , you are one low life person to treat people like that ? will never go back again

I was ill and could not drive to the Sugarland Sherwin Williams store, the only store that had a product called Kaboom in stock. I told the young lady I needed it but could not come for it so I asked if it could be sent to the SW near me and I'd ask the painter to drive over and pick it up. He drives in from Humble and I felt really bad asking him to drive all the way to Sugarland too. She said oh, no worries, she'd have it delivered. It arrived the next day. I was so grateful!

I walked in to get samples at 5:40. The whole time the employees are loudly saying several times how dare someone come in this late. We should just lock the door to keep them out. I was horrified and made sure they saw me as I left 10 min before 6:00. Very uncomfortable!!!!!! A man and woman inside clearly not wanting to work.

I went to SW to get some paint samples yesterday . I was assisted by Michelle, she was extremely helpful and patient with my specific requests - mixed 50% & 70% of agreeable grey, and gave me some tips too. Thanks Michelle!

This was my first time going to a Sherwin Williams and honestly I don't know anything about paints for houses. I was only going in to get a bucket of paint for touch ups because my new construction builder gave me a free gallon voucher. The bald clerk was extremely rude and aggressive when I asked for a bucket of paint. Instead of just explaining that they only have two sizes for paint he aggressively asked back "what do you mean by a bucket? What's a bucket of paint?" Do I have to pull up the dictionary to explain what a bucket is!?! He unnecessarily escalated the situation when a simple explanation would have sufficed. I also didn't have a Sherwin Williams account, and he made it sound like it's such an inconvenience for him to create one and that it's my fault that I don't have an account. The next problem is the builder only gave me the color code so I didn't know what the sheen was. I understand he couldn't give me the correct paint if I didn't have the sheen, but he didn't have to be such an a****** about it. It's not like people are born with the knowledge of what kinds of paint there are. I ended up going to the Pearland location after discovering the sheen and the clerk there was much nicer and helpful.

I went today (5/120/22) to drop some business cards for my wallpaper jobs & paint ( VICTOR OLVERA ) around 2:30p.the employee in charge ,gave me some advice about the wallcover product(s) and a new business account to open. (i have an account already ) and the advantage to have one etc...very helpful indeed !

On 11/1121 at this Sherwin William an Employee by the name of Jasmine refused to help us purchase a product. She was rude and failed to give us a reason why she could not help. I believe I know the reason it was 25 minutes before closing and I am assuming she did not want to work late. Let me make it clear I showed up 1 hour before to ask about the product. Overall this lady has bad attitude and should not be assisting customers. Owner check on your employees it can cost you money in the long run. We will not be coming back to this location.

I came to this store twice with little experience with paint. Both times Adam helped me, especially yesterday (the second time I was there), I spent a good amount time with some return and a bunch of questions of another project I need help with, Adam was so patient and kind and knowledgable. He truly cares about customers and wants to help.

Bad customer service! I went to look for a Primer and was told there wasn’t any. They check there system and showed there was 1 in stock but they couldn’t find it. I asked if he could check in another location if they had the primer, instead of looking he just kept on sayin I don’t think no location will have it. He received a phone call requesting for some paint and just left me there standing while he looks for other peoples needs and just said it’s going to be hard ti find the primer. BUT YET DID NOT BOTHERED TO LOOK FOR IT IN ANOTHER LOCATION, HE WAS JUST GOING BASED BY WHAT HE THOUGHT! And this was the supervisor.
