“I don't shop at the Kroger there. I shop at a different Kroger's at Westheimer parkway and FM 1464. When I go to that shopping center there in Richmond I go there for the Great clips and that's where I get my haircut”

“Exceptional strip mall. Very clean, more than adequate parking, decent lighting. Trash cans available at each business entrance. Exterior design is the same across all businesses. Wide range of storefronts available. Quite aggressive speed bumps, with stop signs and crosswalks in odd places.”
“Great Filipino store. Filipino cuisine, treats, and other items throughout the store. We go here at least twice a month that we live 35 miles away.
We stop and eat at their food court then we do shopping for items that you can only find here. They have a great point system for customer appreciation.
Fresh seafood market, fresh bakery, and fresh Filipino cuisine I would recommend anyone go by and try it out
