I’m reviewing for a haircut from a few months ago. I have been a snip-its customer for probably 14 years, my eldest even had a birthday party here many years ago. The service was usually good but there was always someone who was not good at haircuts or their service was bad. But I kept going back since the atmosphere is nice hoping every time we’d get the ‘good stylist’.
Well the last time we went was absolutely the worst. The stylist’s name was Perla. I’ve had the displeasure of her service before when not having a choice but this time was the last straw. She should not be working with kids! She was aggressive in her service, pushing down hard unnecessarily, being rude and rough with my daughter. She seemed to be in a rush and was annoyed whenever I said something (which was very little as I then wanted to get it over with asap). There were no other customers and she was the only one. The haircut was really bad, my daughters’ bangs were uneven and in the back also. Please stop hiring people who do not value their customer’s time or our precious kids. I hope she is still not employed there as I see many negative reviews about her but if I ever do come again I will check to see that Perla is not the one doing our haircuts!

It was our first time here. We were planning to go to Sharkies, but our usual hairdresser no longer works there. So we decided to try this place out. So glad we did! Perla was wonderful! My son was a little nervous, but she was so gentle, patient, and fast. ❤️ We’ll definitely be bringing him back!

Unfortunately I will not return to Snip it’s. My son Lucas has been coming here since his first haircut and the service has just declined with each cut. This last time was my last straw, my son came in with beautiful long hair, and I asked for a burst fade and even included pictures for Perla. She left him with two harsh lines and made pathetic excuses as to why she couldn’t blend them. He looked ridiculous leaving and I shed a tear looking at him.

This was my second visit! I try to always give places a second chance! The first time the customer service was horrible! But haircut was great! So I decided to come back this time Perla was amazing great customer service and amazing hair cut! Towards the end the other lady ( which is the one who assisted us the first time) as we were paying they give the kids a card to put in a machine for a little prize a sticker and a lolipop, she saw mu son with 2 little toys the lolipop and sticker… and proceded yo tale thwm away from my son stating they were not his but the kid who she had just assisted! perla and i told her no tjey took theirs these are his… she proceded to continue stating that tjey were noy his! for which at this point take the 2 toys (worthless) and gave them to her! She said no you take! I was not going to allow her to belittle my son into thinking he did something wrong so i toom then and said he doesnt nees them paid and took himbto 5 below to treat him for being great!

I think we’ve been here 3 or 4 times. Every single time has been a great experience. Before today we had only seen Rochelle and she does an amazing job cutting my boys hair as well as being so incredibly patient with them. Today Lucia did both their haircuts and she was also so patient and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend over the other children’s haircut place in sugar land.

Rochele was sooooo welcoming!!! She gave us a tour and just her personality alone convinced us to get our son's hair done right then! It was a perfect first experience for him but also for us parents!

The lady covering from another location did an excellent job in my one year old son’s first haircut. She was friendly, patient and thorough.
She was very quick also, which is necessary with small children. My son moved a few times to see what she was doing but she was quick to redirect him, or work on another side and get it done fast before he could realize it or squirm away. Love the idea to use the baby boosters that suck them right in. I was worried about a barbers chair not being able to hold him well enough.
The place is a little outdated but it’s still kid friendly. They got large screens for each station to keep kids occupied and little toys to buy also. We got the first haircut special with a picture of him and a lock of his hair in a little booklet
I will be bringing him in regularly! Thank you.

Brought my two year old boy in for a long overdue hair cut. Usually he’s very restless and Rochelle did an amazing job keeping him happy and distracted while she cut his hair. He loved her! Will be coming here from now on for his hair cuts! His hair looked great! ??

We had an excellent experience on our first visit. Lucia was so friendly, proficient, and patient. My son enjoyed the process and left looking great!
