I order the 360 bra online and picked up in store. It was already packed when I arrived, so I didn't think to do a quality control check before leaving the store. Arrived home after a long exhausting day. Decided that I was going to try it on before packing it for my trip later tomorrow. The first thing I noticed was the price tag was missing, the plastic piece was still attached. Then the next disturbing part was, this bra has either been worn or whomever tried this bra on wasn't clean. Now I have to take time out my day, mind you tomorrow was already planned for my trip to return this bra. The associate that packed this bra should have examined it before packaging. This person packed attention to detail.

I have been wearing Soma ever since 2014 a beautiful young lady named Christina helped me with my bra selection and purchase she made sure that I had the right size. And she was very knowledgeable about every bra in the store. Being knowledgeable and also wearing the brand goes a long way thank you so much for your great customer service.

Update: owner sent response to help with the situation seemed good but then only provided the generic store telephone number which after calling and getting the standard menu and then the normal store people just shows how little they care. I’ve updated my Star from two star to one based on how they continue to show a lack of personal attention. Next time perhaps show a real concern for your business instead of posting what you think make you look good online and at least act like you actually care….. Original text: First and last time shopper! My wife and I stepped in and the products are great. However the people skills by some (not all) of the staff was very rude. We asked if there were discounts for military and was at first told yes however when the nice lady went to ask what i can only assume was a manager of the store instead of a polite no we received laughter and heard her say derogatory comments suggesting why they would ever provide discount for military. Could have just said no and that would be fine but to then go into laughing and Make such a remark….I sure hope this is not the values of the company and just a rude individual.

We are traveling through Houston and I needed to exchange a couple items. The store was very clean, and I was greeted by Teresa when I came in as she was with another customer and stated she would be right with me. She was very helpful in answering questions about a couple returns and retrieved the bra that needed to be exchanged. High Five Teresa! Thank you for such great service!

Walked in today. Sales associate and manager were busy talking. Was in the store for 7 minutes. Then another customer entered the store the manager on duty goes over to them after 1 minute to see if they can help her and they didn’t bother to ask me that until after. Not going to spend money where I’m not treated as a valued customer after buying from that store many times.
