I had an amazing experience with this storage company! From the moment I contacted them, they went above and beyond to help me. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of…especially Mr. Bernard!
Their customer service is outstanding — they made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and honestly so much easier than I expected. It’s rare to find a business that treats you with this level of respect and kindness, and I truly appreciate all of their efforts.

We’ve had a storage unit here for many years, and never had an issue. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. The site is clean and secured well in a quiet area.

I have been a customer of StorageQuest for a long time and I have had no trouble. All the people whom I have met while they worked there have been very helpful, understanding and gone out of their way to make our use of their facilities a pleasant one. Chelsea has been very good and very helpful. I have known her for at least 5 years.

Very bad experience with StoreQuest.
They attract customers with low price initially but once you rented storage after couple of months price will increase, they will double the price in 2 to 3 months.
It’s kind trick to attract the customers with low price initially but after two months you will be shocked after seeing the price, even they will not inform customers before increasing the price.
But staff is good, very friendly.
