This facility here in Sugarland is the best! First, it is very clean! The person who assisted me Bernard Montgomery was soooo pleasant and knowledgeable and assisted me in finding exactly what I needed and more.... you could tell he truly loved his job and people!!It is very hard to find good customer service these days...especially because I am a senior citizen people won't always take the time to patiently answer our questions, but this gentlemen did!.... giving me suggestions on the size unit that might work better for what I needed stored, making me feel comfortable to use this place for my storage in the near future and I will be back.Veronica. Firstly, Chelsea at the Sugarland location..it’s unbelievable professional and kind… I wish your customer service people at the main number were even a small fraction what she is. I have had several horrible experiences with them as far as losing my information and raising my fees without notice. When they talk with you it’s condescending and plain out rude. They talk over you when you have a question or ask for an explanation. I’m searching elsewhere to move my items to store. I don’t want to give my business to a company that treats their customers like that. I hope you are not treating Chelsea like that.. just nasty.. no one HAS to use your storage.. there are tons out there .. and they won’t have mouse trappings all over the floor!!!!!
