They work hard to care for and rehome stray and abandoned pets, providing great medical and social care. The facility is excellent and has easy access with accessible parking. They offer adoptions for cats and dogs, who are well socialized, vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. A notable program is the seven-day sleepover or trial, allowing a test drive before adoption. They sometimes provide food, a leash, and a harness. The adoption fees are very reasonable. The shelter also supports the community through volunteering, dog walking, fostering, and donations. They have an outdoor donation bin for new and gently used items and can provide volunteer hours for students. Overall, it is a great place where people find perfect canine and feline companions for their families.

Sugar Land Animal Services shelter is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They really do care about the animals. Can't wait for them to get the new shelter!!

It’s very expensive and the really try to get you to do the most expensive route without giving you affordable options especially ima vulnerable state
