Best place to go for lab work, staff is friendly and nice. I’m always out of there in less than 15 minutes. I will never go back to Quest.

Outstanding! After 15+ MRIs and a dozen CT scans at a variety of hospitals and outpatient facilities, my go to place is Sugar Land Diagnostics (now HCA Houston Healthcare West). The facilities are nice and the staff is warm and professional. A prime example is Crystal in check in, she's friendly and helpful. Special shout outs to Lisa and Dr Alan Lobo. Lisa has been my radiology tech multiple times over multiple years and EVERY time she goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Dr. Lobo as his verbose neuroradiology reports are outstanding.. My neurosurgeon and other doctors have repeatedly been impressed with his level of detail and accuracy. Thanks to everyone at HCA West Sugar Land for your care and providing a place I can always depend on.

Pretty rude and a pretty bad actitudes, they try to charge me 3 times my co-payment, ask me if I had a social # after I refused to provided it in a phone call in the lobby, so I felt harassed and discriminated. I left the facility without my ultrasound test.

I’m very upset with the labThis is the second time they've tried to change my favorite lab. In December 2020 I got an order for Labcarp and they tried to change it to myquest lab. They did the same thing last week, changing it from labcarp to MyQuest.I just found out now when trying to find the results on the Labcarp siteLast week, I went to the lab with a labcarp order that was already corrected from my doctor that I found, they changed my order to QuestDiagnostics without my permission. I very much needed it to be with Labcarp so I can see all of my current and previous tests under one account. If your patient has an order for labcarp and says “I want Labcorp,” then you should give them Labcorp despite how much compensation/benefits the labs gives you. Don’t say all labs are the same because they’re not.

I have been to this place several times for getting lab work. They have a front desk person that takes your temp her name is Lisa she was great! Once you have cleared the temp check Lisa asks you to sanitize your hands and walked me to the lab location. Now getting to the lab. Let's be honest 50% of how a patient feels about a lab has to do with the receptionist. How many times when going to any lab the receptionists are not engaged, focused on their phone and over all not professional? THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE! Annabel is the lab receptionist and EVERY time I have been there she has been engaged, friendly and always smiling. After she finished processing my paper I was taken into the lab. I have had my blood drawn by both phlebotomists Nisha and Bela. They are AMAZING! I have a very difficult time getting my blood drawn. They have a gurney that you can lay down on (in addition to the normal chairs) to get your blood drawn. I chose to lay down because I can get a little lightheaded. The needle was inserted correctly (and in fact every time I have gone to get my blood drawn the needle has always been inserted correctly) and she talked to me while drawing my blood to distract me. She was quick and I was done in a mere minute! They gave me time to sit up and then I went on my way home. Before I left I did ask to speak with their manager a woman named Melissa so that I could share with her how amazing my experience was and always have been when I come here!

First time visiting this facility, not knowing what the procedure was. I asked, if this was where you registered for labs. It went downhill from there!!! The lady sitting where you checkin for labs was rude and had a bad attitude. Very poor customer service. I will make sure to drive back to my hometown to get labs drawn next time.

I don't know who I had, she was an older lady, fair skin, dark hair, with strands of grey, and a few skin tags of her face and also had an accent. She drew blood from my arm and stuck the needle in a smaller vein instead of the bigger vein I usually get blood drawn from, and then moved the needle while it was already in so blood wasn't going into the vial efficiently, and it REALLY hurt. She didn't apply pressure right away after removing the needle. My veins in my arm are bruised and it's been a week and it still hurts. I would not recommend her. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but did provide some visuals. I called to complain and I'm pretty sure it was the same lady who took my blood. She told me there was nothing they can do about it. I am very upset. And I will NOT be coming back to this location. Be careful with this location, I do not know the experience of the phlebotomists they've hired. Unfortunately She ruined my experience of this place.

The staff at the Sugarland lab today were less than professional. I and five other customers were in the hall talking to one another as we awaited the 8AM opening. When she unlocked the door and opened it, she displayed attitude saying that she was the only one working today. I was the second person to have signed in at the kiosk. Apparently there was a glitch in the computer because in checking after waiting so long, I was told that I wasn't signed in. After signing in again and trying to find out what the problem was, there was another staff present in the office. While talking to her, she just closed the glass window in my face. When that second staff person called me and had drawn my blood, I told her of her rudeness in closing the window in my face while I was talking. I went to the restroom to leave my urine sample. When I came out the restroom to leave, the first staff person approached me telling me that I am "too old" to be acting the way I did. In response to her, that staff person began waving her hand in my space as to dismiss me and my presence. I told her that she don't get to "wave" me off and dismiss me. She proceeded to tell me that I am "too old""to act the way I did. I want to know, who's going to teach her something about professionalism? But then again, maybe it can't be taught, especially to one who is so ignorant as she and the second staff person.

Absolutely horrible place! My minor child had to get blood drawn twice because an employee's oversight. My current insurance accepts LabCorp and not Quest Diagnostics for lab work. I recently visited this place to get blood work done for my minor child. Everything was fine until we got a phone call that same day for us to return to get have my kid's blood work done again because they used the wrong tubes for Quest Diagnostic not LabCorp as the lab order states. Outrages, right!? Wait, it gets better! We went back on a few days later to get my child's blood work done again and I was met with a confused front desk lady and phlebotomist who was mildly apologetic. I then asked to be provided with written statement that I would not be billed for the initial services that took place when the employee made the mistake. I was told they couldn't give such statement because my child's blood work was disposed of. This is very disappointing and absolutely should not happen again. I highly recommend not going to this facility. Finally, I was not provided with any type of pamphlet with the services provided by this facility and where I could file a complaint.
