I don't know how long it's been since I stopped in at a supercut as I was surprisingly in the system, however I do not believe I will return.
Yesterday I stopped in to get a trim to maintain the style I had, it's been two years since I have it cut, very busy.
I was met by a stylist who, I'm guessing had an appointment, so I was referred to another stylist, that one referred me to the last stylist who wasn't even clocked in?
She was nice, polite, talkative.
I just wanted a cut, it was recommended I get a hair wash too, but I had just washed it that morning, not brushed, and didn't want to go through the process again, so I insisted just the cut.
The stylist asked how I wanted it, it was a tapered style that is short on one side then gets longer towards the other side.
I have curly hair, and yeah I know that's clearly expert level required, but the cut can still be done by anyone who knows what they are doing.
So she begins to cut my hair and talk. I wanted it above near my chin for the long side and by me ear in the short side.
I was getting concerned and she seemed to be leveling everything out, though I did have quite a bit of dryness on the end. So I let it pass. She said she was going to cut the taper, so I trusted her.
Unfortunately she must have forgotten at some point what I asked for because she just kept cutting and leveling out to me. And it in no way looks as requested.
Again curly hair is not for everyone to cut, that should be standard address by now, or maybe I'll just stop going to white salons.
Anywho, I am glad for the cut at least, but now I have a lopsided afro, instead of the cut I wanted.
Thanks for cutting my ends at least.

I had a great experience taking my girls to this location for haircut. May and Debbie both did an excellent cut for my teenager and five-year old. Their techniques are great and are also very friendly. I would highly recommend this location.
Update: We still thoroughly enjoy this location and Mary has done great haircut for my daughters, including the design cut. I would highly recommend.

Always liked this location, but not after todays experience, scheduled an appointment for my son at 120 pm got there at 115pm, they were both busy, so waited when the guy got free he proceeds to tell me he had a 130pm appointment so it'd be about 10 to 15 mins and im like I have an appointment for 120pm he looked baffled, the lady told him yes there is a 120 appointment but then they showed me the computer that we don't see it but we'll take care of you jist wait. This is after I showed them my appointment confirmation on my phone! Never going back here! Got in the car scheduled an appointment online for another location for 2 pm got here at 150 and my son went right up and got his hair done
