I had the pleasure of meeting Store Manager Manuela. The service she provided was outstanding, she went above and beyond. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even gave suggestions, she was attentive the entire time I was there! Thank you so much!

Our family are big fans of swarovski products. They have beautiful items that never go wrong for gifts on special occasions. Their customer service is great too. I came back to the store in First Colony mall for fixing my mom’s necklace last week. Although Mia couldn’t help us right away, she discussed with her manager to solve the issue, Manuela, the store manager called me the next day and arranged for me to pick up a replacement at different store because the item is no longer available at their place. My mom was super happy to have her necklace back. I truly appreciate Mia for her efforts and for her great customer service and the store manager who spent time taking care of their customers.

They have very cute earrings and adorable pieces for home decor. I went yesterday in search of a gift. As soon as I walked into the store I was welcomed by a nice smiling gentleman in black. During my search, the manager Manuela approached me to see if she could help and we were able to have a lovely small talk with one another. I finally settled on an item after some time and at just the right moment Tashpiya came to help. The gift wrapping was also a sweet touch. I enjoyed the store and their associates.

Rudest workers ever. Would not let me exchange a gift (I didn’t have the receipt). Every other store lets you do this and gives you store credit if you don’t have a receipt. Not sure why they’re the exception. Was willing to spend even more than the value of the gift on a satisfactory item. Now I’m stuck with two items I don’t want. I read online that they actually do let people exchange gifts without the receipt so I’m not sure why they won’t let me. She instead told me to just “sell it on marketplace.” Thanks for the common sense advice! Oh well, they’re the ones losing profit. I was going to buy something more expensive than the value of the gift. Their loss :)

Salesgirls were busy chitchatting with each other and when I got an item, one of them was very rude to me. She said you are not supposed to get an item yourself, otherwise we don't know the price. Pathetic and rude behavior, not expected from your store.

So I don’t know if it was just me and I did not have the understanding that the jewelry is not real I definitely understand the concept behind crystals as well as moissanite, but the metal here specifically is not sterling apparently so I have two pieces that I got not even a month ago. I hadn’t worn them. Theyve just been kept semi-exposed, but not just out in the open they were not in the original packaging though very important to remember apparently but the metal had oxidized ? it was giving mood ring 2002 the way the metal was tarnishing no thank you will not purchase further. The reason for the review was ultimately even though I did get a courtesy exchange it was disheartening the way that it was handled, as if I could have done something to cause this, just by my lack of education behind their pieces, but I guess that’s why the store was empty when I went in & every time walked by

Swarovski is a unique jewelry store. If you are looking some kind of special jewelry with the unique diamonds style crystals, it’s a good option. Bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces are the very special here.Their crystals are synthetic glass crystal cut to look like diamonds; essentially non-precious lead glass cut into specific shapes and dimensions.My wife using bracelets since sometimes and she likes that and during our recent visit we got a new color and that was the only piece available with them.

Terrible customer service. The salesperson named Adelia was extremely rude. She doesn’t know how to politely speak to the customers. My experience today made me never want to go back to that store. I will shop elsewhere.

We had a very poor experience at this location. My father gifted my mom a beautiful matching set for Christmas, except the ring he got was 2 sizes too small. After walking into this location, we explained we wanted to exchange for a larger size. The associate (I believe was her position) asked for a receipt, we said we didn’t have it. She claimed there was nothing that could be done without one. I asked if there was any way we could look up a receipt through phone number, or email (I work at a jewelry store, as well in customer service) and she said there was nothing to be done without the physical copy. My mom said “so that’s it? It’s a gift that doesn’t fit and I’m stuck with it?” And the associate said yes. We also asked to at least have links added to a watch from the set, she said that that also could not be done without a receipt (we later learned they don’t even put the links on themselves, they use 3rd party jewelers). I contacted my dad, and he had all the original receipts and gift receipts, luckily. We had pictures of them but not the physical copy. Then she said she still could not exchange the items even with the receipt, because my dad had removed the box with the barcodes before gifting them to my mom. I then looked at the receipt, which stated “without receipt: an exchange or gift card will be issued”She then called a manager over, who took care of us and offered us the option to order the correct size from the warehouse. I applaud the manager for giving us good customer service. She was very nice and respectful. But we will not be returning to this location, as this whole situation could have been avoided, had we been told our options other than being turned away completely.
