The Manager is too bad and is only there for sales but when it comes to solving it she hides. From minute one they try to deceive you by selling things and not clarifying everything, if I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would put them in negativeI'm sorry they sell you a phone number telling you that it is the same as it is another one and that is not the case, meaning that the Samsung 23Fe is the same as the Samsung 23 Ultra, they tell you anything to sell

Yesterday, I visited several T-Mobile stores to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and buy and iPhone 15 Pro Max. However, they all run out of the phone, so they recommended that I call other stores to check their inventory. I contacted this specific store and spoke to one of the salespersons. I inquired about the availability of the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and she informed me that they had one in stock, suggesting that I could come and pick it up. I was curious about the color, I asked, "What color is it?" To my surprise, she replied, "I cannot tell you for security reasons." I questioned how disclosing a phone's color could jeopardize safety, but she couldn't provide a reasonable response. I appreciate T-Mobile's efforts on hiring and training poor quality of employees and having me sticking with Verizon.

First thing I noticed when walking into the store was the strong feces smell. Second thing was that 95% of the phones were right next to eachother in a VERY small area. That meant that at most only 2 ppl could look at phones at the same time, which is obviously awful planning for a bussy store. Then the third and worst issue was the sales person. I get that they need to make money. I get that most salespersons try to up charge you. But this guys was absolutely shameless. He would claim that a mothly plan would come to a certain amount, but when we asked for the specific $/month it was over $100 more than he said. He said the phone included 3 free items & that T-Mobile didnt charge interest rate, but when he showed us the itemized bill each of those 4 things were being added as hidden charges for $30+ each. Anyway, we went from him assuring us atleast 4 times that the final prize would be around $400, to almost getting charged close to $700+. I feel bad for customers who dont know to ask questions like I did. Tbh I came in ready to buy a phone + all the accessories and probably would have been fin paying the $700 if only this guy had been honest from the start. Sleezy sales people like that guy are making a scam out of T-Mobile stores.

I have been with t-mobile for 16 years! Best service also customer service. Have never had any technical problems. They also work with you on the best deals. I also prefer the 5G T-mobile home internet! Works amazing!
