Absolutely horrible. I did not pick them, but my insurance claim ticket went to them and it was a disaster. Took them over 2 hours to get to my location. You would get an ETA alert saying 10 minutes, then 20 minutes later you would get another one says “ETA 40 minutes”. Rude dispatchers who you could barely understand....
