Ordered online a $35 t shirt and under 4 weeks after 1 use, it developed 2 small holes on the fabric. I would expect it to last longer. Unhappy with the fabric
quality.

I got the worse customer service by Cam. When I was checking out she didn’t bother to say if we found everything okay, she didn’t even smile, looked like she didn’t even want to be there. Kept getting my email wrong and it just looked like she was so frustrated. Won’t be coming back to this location anymore.

This store is so amazing I went in to look for a pair of jeans and was immediately greeted by two girls who asked me if I needed any help finding anything. They helped me pick out two pairs of jeans and were overall super helpful and so nice. I was very pleased with this store and their customer service, not to mention the store was very organized and easy to find things. I will definitely be going back the next time I am at first colony.

I loved this store so much! I bought a lot of clothes for a really good deal and everyone there was super friendly. Astrid and Naomi helped me find the cutest outfits. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I love this store !!! It was my first time. My sister introduced me and there was so much I wanted. The prices are high but that’s due to the quality and brand.I love all the billabong shirts ! I ended up buying some :) Naomi and Astrid we’re so friendly and helpful!

Place was great and employees were wonderful and kind and helpful, however my only complaint is that the websites stock is inaccurate. Before going in, I made sure my size of shoe was in stock of the specific type I was looking for, however when in store, they didn’t have my size (despite the website saying this location did have it). That’s the only issue I had, otherwise everything was fine.
