“I love coming here. I live in Louisiana but come out here to see family. I pass a lot of vape shops on my way. However, I only stop at Civil. I like the people there. They make it worth coming to their specific location. Thanks guys(and gals)!”
“Great place to relax, enjoy a cigar and watch sports, in comfortable leather chairs. There is some fun banter with some of the regulars talking sports, etc.. Gerry and his staff are great and very welcoming. Prices are competitive and there is a nice variety of cigars to choose from of good quality. Another selling point is that they stay open later than most of the other cigar lounges in the greater Houston area.”
“Most friendly shop EVER!! Kcandy is my favorite employee, she is honestly the greatest!! I just love her, she always picks exactly what I like!!! -Raven Celess :)”

“Keep an eye out for the women of Vape City on the come up. I’m sure most of them can dab us customers under the table, as it should be when it comes to smoke shops.
Most recently, Jessica has gone above and beyond to impress me.
In the past couple months, my friend and I have noticed an intriguing improvement in the overall quality of multiple Vape Cities in the Southwest Houston stores. I wish I could name all the lovely ladies saving the stores image.
Give the store another chance and if you see them. Let them know I said to hook you up.”
“I've come to this location along with others around the area, and the help received is always awesome. To start of the store is always clean and free of clutter. As soon as anybody walks in to look around an associate immediately ask to help. You won't be left wondering around. Besides that what ever you are looking for, if it's out in the market they have in stock or can order it for you. 99.9% of the time you'll walk out with what you intended to buy. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourself. On another note if you need any suggestions on making any type of cocktails just ask an associate. I believe most of them are or have been bartenders, they are pretty knowledgeable.”
