When I entered the employees did not acknowledge me at all. They stared at me and followed me around the store. I saw them greet other people as they walked into the store. I told my 8-yr old grandson and 6-yr old granddaughter that we were leaving because of poor customer service. My grandson said, "this is really bad, they only treated us that way because we were the only black people in the store." So we went to Build a Bear, where they know how to treat everyone.

Thought I was getting a good deal a good quality kids motorcycle and it turned out to be HORRIBLE! Worst part after paying $200 you can’t even return or exchange! DO NOT BUT TOYS OR POWERED CARS HERE!!! HORRIBLE!

Absolutely pathetic store the toys don’t work and they are awful plus the store keeper is extremely obnoxious racist and does not exchange or refund anything. Do not waste your money at the store

TOYZ is a total "SCAM". I bought a "Sit & Spin" Toys and it turned out not spinning as it should be. You can not exchange or return any defective item, at all. All they sell are counterfeit low quality toys as you get in Dollar Store. Store owner or its attendees keep looking at you as if you will shop lift. Very unethical and Unprofessional business. I would suggest all parents NOT to step a foot in this store.

Had some time to kill in Sugarland today, decided to check out this Think Geek location. I've never been to this mall so I called and asked the best entrance to use, employee Claire gave me excellent direction. When I got to the store, met Claire and she was very professional and polite. She had excellent customer service skills and a thorough knowledge of what was available in the store. I didn't find anything I couldn't live without but I'm glad I went in and checked it out. It's an entire store filled with cool stuff.

Toys are trash. Paid 50 for a drum set that had missing and broken parts and the rest of the set broke that same day. They are just cheap poorly made toys. Do not waste your time or money in this store.

This place has some fun nerdy stuff, but nothing I would really buy for myself. I think it's a great place to get a gift for somebody, and if you collect Pops they have a ton! The staff is also really friendly and fun to chat with.

Terrible. Do not buy from here. We purchased a kids car from here and paid over $400 for it. We called the store bc I wanted to exchange it for something bigger bc it was to small for my daughter. The car had never been used at all. They were so terribly rude when I called and told me no exchanges period! No exceptions! This is terrible business practices and customer service. I just wanted to exchange it for something bigger and the one I bought is brand new and never even used! Do not spend your money here. Very rude and unprofessional.
