Got a gel manicure here that started flaking off the next day. I've never had that happen before, so I went back to get it fixed. The woman in charge told me I had to wait since they were all busy, but no explanation for why it was messed up or an apology. I waited a while and then another customer came in and the lady in charge started doing her nails first. When I asked why, I was told I had to wait so this other guy could fix it, as if I wasn't worth the bother for her. I told her I had already waited and had another appointmentthat soon, so she said to come back again. I left because it was clear they were going to make me wait until I was too late for my next appointment.
If there's a mistake, it would be good for someone to say so and to make good on it, instead of making you wait extra long and asking you to come back several times. I already spent time the on my first appt, now this second time asking for a fix. So now to fix my nails, I'd have to come in a third time. Really surprised given all the good ratings this place has.

I have been going to unique nails for 2 years+ now, and I must say I love it! Mia is the nail tech that I choose to do my nails here and she definitely does BEAUTIFUL work, so I highly recommend her! Not only is she extremely talented, but she’s very kind, friendly, and sweet! She does an amazing job with customer service, always working with me gracefully as I decide on my nail designs every time!🥹 I have attached some pictures to this review to reference some of the nail work she has done on me as well. Traum is the nail tech that I choose to do my toe nails and she’s also very good at her work & customer service skills…I highly recommend her as well ESPECIALLY for OVERLAY with shellac! I also have attached some photos of the work Traum have done on my toes…but yes, both of these ladies work is LONG lasting! There are others that do pretty good work as well, but my personal preferences are MIA & TRAUM. However, the establishment is very welcoming & many of the workers are kind. My overall experience here is 10/10!

I came on Friday to get my nails done. The young girl hooked me up with a gorgeous full set. I couldn't be happier. Definitely return and look for her. Highly recommend

One of the worst experiences IVE EVER HAD. They charged me to change an ugly color and I’m completely shaking because how bad this set is. I will never return. they will bully you into paying more. Do not go here.
