The ladies at this UPS store are always very helpful and lovely to work with! I’m also very impressed with how strong they are lifting big boxes with ease.

I went in to do finger prints and the person helping me was very rude. She was very impatient and rushed me through getting done which I found odd because there were no other customers in the store. I had to try a few times to get the print to work and she grabbed my hand and did it for me but even she wasn’t getting it right. Then she just walked away and didn’t say anything when I was done. Very weird. I would go to a different store for that.

My experience with this ups store has been great. Staff is incredibly efficient, always fast at their job, and they never make me feel like my time is being wasted. I really appreciate how knowledgeable and professional they are. Every time I come into the store, they handle everything with ease and make the whole process smooth and stress free. It’s clear they takes pride in their work and truly care about providing great customer service. I highly recommend this UPS Store.
