Either it is this UPS store or UPS itself is looting, They don't even print return label for free. FedEx usually does this for free.
I was charged $1.70 for printing a single side b/w paper. This is insane. Amazon has only UPS options for returns otherwise I would always prefer FedEx over UPS.

Best place for Amazon return regulars. The store is clean and staff are very efficient and helpful! They even helped me to sort out a return label mistake through email without me going for another trip! They also open on Saturdays which is extra convenient. Thank you!

Only person willing to help me find a solution was Aiden and unfortunately for me, his shift was ending when I entered the store with my problem. Whoever was his supervisor was so eager to get me out of the store, but had a different outlook on delivering customer service for customers in the store that didnt look like me. I appreciate Aiden for trying to help me find a solution during his time at work.

I will never come to this place again.It is a very costly place and they charge unnecessarily .For my 3 pages color print the lady charged $12.79.It’s actual cost is $4.50($1.39x3).I compared it from another UPS store.

I had to wait for 5 minutes to send something when no one was there. I asked how long it would take, and she said it would take 15 minutes! Can't you help the guests first?

I couldn’t ask for better service from a UPS store. I came in hesitant and unsure if I would find what I needed, but I was pleased to discover everything and left extremely satisfied. Chintan, Ajmina, Sunny, and Ummul were incredibly helpful; they listened to my needs and made sure I got everything. I’ll definitely return for any packages I need shipped with care!

Came to this ups store and I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Chintan, Ajmina, Sunny, and Ummul were all so very patient and helpful. They took their time and explained everything I needed. They definitely went above and beyond!!

I shipped a very important document and asked for Signature Required at the beginning of my conversation with the staff ( I believed that he’s the Manager).
But, round up this document was NOT Signature Required and the package was not delivered to the unit!!
Well, what if this document got lost!!! Can this UPS location pay the responsibility!!!!
Also, I was charged closed to $79.68 for the document it weight ONLY 0.1 lb!!!and without the “Signature Required “!!!
How can this UPS at Settlers Way (Sugar Land) so dishonest or I can say that they cheat people.
Nowadays, there is a lot of the postal service - not the monopoly!!!!With this POOR customer service I suspect how long that they can survive!!!
So, my opinion is DO NOT use their service- unless you like to be cheated.
Very disappointed with their service!!!!!!!!
