Don’t trust these liars, they told us to drop off our phones after getting new ones, they said we only left one phone there. We had to pay the full price for a phone they had received, but got lost on their hands! They didn’t want to accept they had stolen the phone and ask us to leave. These people are professional thieves. Record them when you give them the phones, if they say they don’t allow that go to another store.

EJ went out of his way to help us set up our new iPhones today. He was exceptionally competent and quick. He provided expertise after online customer service failed us miserably. This Verizon store is staffed with fantastic associates! Thank you for the help today!

My wife and I went to this Verizon to get new phones. While looking at the phones Reggie offered to help. We knew what phones we wanted and Reggie got them. I consider myself techy but Reggie did the activation and data transfer for us. Good thing too. There was a issue with one phone activation but Reggie fixed it. The guy knows his phones!!!! We would have been on the phone with support trying to get it fixed if it wasn't for Reggie. And we all know how that goes. The manager came up to us to see if everything was good. Reggie and the manager were great!!
Just a note. We came in today (April 28) and noticed all the employees smiling. Seems the manager is doing a good job managing his store and keeping everyone happy.

I have to share my positive experience at this location. We had a very complicated situation with multiple lines, one we didn't need, 2 phones that needed to be upgraded, one transfer from another carrier . . . Jennifer jumped in with her own expertise and her supervisor Julie also assisted. Both were so nice and patient with us! Due to an iPhone lockout, I had to come back in the evening and Brandon had been briefed and provided seamless assistance. Then a week or so later, I went back in to go over the billing estimate, which was higher than we expected. Jennifer helped me make some tweaks and I was able to keep my monthly bill essentially the same and we got 2 new iPhones in the process! I couldn't be happier!

The customer service experience was dishearteningly poor. At first, the representatives were friendly and accommodating, showering us with warmth and courtesy. However, the moment we signed the contract and proceeded to purchase the new phone, their demeanor shifted dramatically. Suddenly, it felt as if they were passing the buck. I was told that they were untrained to program my phone and advised to check with the Apple store instead. This abrupt change was startling, revealing a deeply frustrating and disappointing level of service that left me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.

You need 40 mins just for one of the technicians to ask you how can they help
And then they will tell you please wait more till one of us free to help you

Brandon is AWESOME!!!! He helped me and my dad out with some confusion. Highly recommend coming to this Verizon store ! Thank you Brandon !!!! Our service representative was great too! I can’t remember his name but thank you as well for helping me and my dad out !!!!

Terrible service, went in and was told I needed to do something on my account and after I did that I sat there waiting and the employee just looked over at us and instead of coming over and helping us as he continued to just chat with his coworkers.

People, Don’t use this store. It is not owned by corporate . They sell you their home internet and when you try to return it, they don’t take it back. Why can’t you return the box from the same place they sold it to you? And they can keep pushing the home internet and lie about the died month being a trial but then you see the charge on your monthly bill. This store me had shady employees that make promises that they don’t keep. Horrible customer service.

Worst customer service ever!!!!Walked in the store to talk about our business plan but was told right at the door by a woman name Areshea that no one is available to talk about business plans today which was fine with me. Then I asked her when can I speak to someone about it and I was told it was going to be 3 days before anyone can reach out to me again I was okay with that.
Then I asked her where is the next nearest corporate store so that I can see if they might have opening there and I was told she doesn’t know because she doesn’t work there and that I need to call customer service! Here is a thought genius you work for Verizon and you are wearing a Verizon shirt the least you should know is where are your stores and if not look it up on your iPads which are hanging on your shoulder. It’s called CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! But no that seems like to much work.
Then I asked can you please tell me how many phones I have on my account Aresha respond with I can’t look up the account because it’s a business line. Mind you the first thing she asked when we walked in the store was my phone number to confirm my account and I could see it in her table all the line we had. I just didn’t know how many lines and that’s why I was asking!!!
Then I asked her about the pricing same response can’t tell you pricing because I am a business customer. I tried to walk closer to the phone to look at it and she blocked me from going any further!!!!!! Like I am might steal something while a cop is standing inside the store 2ft away from me!!!
Someone really need to teach these people that they are in customer jobs not your daddy’s hardware shop!! And learn to be courteous. A simple I am sorry but no one is available today would go a long long way in customer service!! Keep in mind it’s the customer who pay your pay checks not the other way around!!!
