My dad walked in Verizon yesterday with a bit of blood on his hands because of construction and they tried to kick him out with clearly stating to get out. They are good services and stuff but customer service needs some work.

Jonathan was awesome friendly knowledgeable and professional helped us with our purchase and answered all our questions. DaVon was awesome he helped us with our purchase of accessories kind and cool no mater it was close to closing time ! This Place Definitely Needs To Be Trained For Customer Service, They Don't Even Acknowledge You When You Walk Through The Door A Simple "we'll be right with you" Would Be Okay, The Short Lady Kind Of Chubby With Black Hair Looked At Us About Two Times Before She Decided To Help Us, Another Skinny Lady Kept Eye Balling Us As Soon As We Walked Into The Store As If We Were Going To Steal Something, The Manager Alex Had A Nasty Attitude Attending Me With An Issue We Had, Overall Just An Awful Experience If Yall Don't Want To Deal With People, Yall Are Working At The Wrong Place .

Jose Calidonio was my rep and I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I have received. A perfect gentleman and very knowledgeable. Jose took care of my situation in a very timely manner and also recommended the Verizon internet that was available to me in my area. I did take advantage of that opportunity which saved me at least $170 per month with my current carrier. Jose is definitely an asset to your company and am in hopes that he is appreciated. I would highly recommend Jose for any upper management positions that may present themselves as an opportunity for him.Thank you, Marie Spencer

The worst customer service at this location. The woman helping us was so rude. We let her know she was rude and she just laughed so we walked out. We ended up taking our purchase elsewhere to an authorized Verizon store and had wonderful customer service.

Hello fellow reviewers & Verizon,I went in for a simple upgrade at this location already knowing what I wanted....Instead I got slapped with a $133 due now bill and extra services added to my monthly bill increasing it by $30/mo. After he noticed that I carefully read the contract before signing he quickly resorted to me having to do the upgrade process at home. Thankfully I did and had a plethera of phone options, vice them just trying to sell me the latest S23 or Iphone14. I got a new Samsung Galaxy A23 UW phone for just an additional $5/mo without extra fees and hassel & was able to pick up my phone, @ a different location of course, the next day which took a whole 5 mins of my time in the store......also just a $66 bill that I can pay on my next phone bill!Basically its better online now than going into certain stores. It seems they are pushing sales more than taking care of customer needs and/or wants!Obviously this is a managerial problem becuase "it" rolls downhill!Customer for 16 years and have never had an in store issue as such.Do better for better reviews!

Poor customer service. I came in for phone activation and data transfer and the manager acted like it was a nuisance to him. Came back another day to upgrade plans and trade phones. All the girl did was shut off our phone lines and handed us the new phones and we walked out the door. No receipt, no explanation or walk through on how the trade in process worked. Went to another location the same day and they helped me with everything, and were patient about it. I will be going to that location from now on.

We switched from Tmobile to Verizon because they had a promotion. My wife and I traded in both of our phones, iPhone 11 Plus, to get the new iPhone 14 Plus. We were supposed to get a $1000 credit for each, but when we received the bill, we noticed that they had only given us credit for one phone. We went to the store to ask what happened to the other phone we gave them, and they were giving us a runaround. THEY SIMPLY STOLE OUR PHONE, A $1000 VALUE. YADI was the mastermind behind all of it. Now, the managers are far more worse than the obnoxious employees they have at this store. If they don't want to talk to you or resolve your issue, they always have a deputy (a watch dog) to kick you out or threaten to take you to jail. This is how wild and out of control this store has become. An iPad also was part of the promotion that we never received. We really got cheated by theses charlatans. Be very careful with them. Ask for receipts, and document everything.
