RegardingVS at First Colony Mall: Being here 3 times, really a poor experience. I’ll just stick to shopping online.Like what is the point of having store assistants if they can’t assist you?- Most common replies from store assistants when you ask for help: “I don’t know” - how about you check? Ask another colleague.- they constantly give incorrect information regarding store closing times and stock- today, as the 2 cashiers were attending to us, they were chatting to themselves, laughing and the one one with braids was actually making fun of customers mimicking their accents/language- really poor behaviour.- store assistants acting really hostile, they don’t even bother to smileThe only time I had help was when I complained to the manager and she then helped me.We all have jobs, we all could do with being kinder and nicer to each other. You’re already being paid to assist, you could smile and be nice, it won’t cost the earth.

So Unprofessional…. I live 40 minutes from this specific location. This employee told me on the phone that the item ( SOFT ULTIMATE HIGH WAIST LEGGINGS) that I was looking for was in stock! It was the wrong when I get there and they were not supposed to hold items for customers. How can you work over there if you don’t even know your products? She’s lucky because I was in my BEST BEHAVIOR! I was frustrated because she waisted my time!!!!

This particular store I believe needs to do better when it comes to customer service. I try to be more empathetic especially during the holiday season but don't make feel like its my fault you don't have supplies...bags and tissue. She says she had to say for the rest of the customers throughout the day. Well, who am I? Then I used a coupon that worked but then question me why it worked like it wasn't supposed to I felt very uncomfortable. Store #50711 cashier #3784170 Customer service has to do better.

Like MOST women, periods are liked to be kept discreet. So I purchased period panties today and overall my experience with the nice lady who checked me out was great. She informed me that the sensor on the store would trigger when I left because they didn’t have the magnet for the sensor on the panties. I said ok no problem. On my way out the store the sensor goes off (as expected) and a different woman (who I assume was the store manager since she was giving directions to the other employees) comes out to the entrance of the store and YELLS out into the hallway of the mall “DONT WORRY ITS JUST YOUR PERIOD PANTIES SETTING OFF THE SENSOR! THE PERIOD PANTIES HAVE A SENSOR ON THEM DONT WORRY ITS JUST YOUR PERIOD PANTIES!!!” like dang lady really?????? Thanks for alerting EVERYONE in the mall. Next time I’ll just carry them out in my hand for all to see. ?

i wouldn't recommend this store. the fabrics and materials are of a pretty cheap quality universally. didn't interact with staff.

I chose to shop at Victoria's Secret this past Friday at 2 PM because of their sale on bras and shorts. As a loyal customer, I have had positive experiences with the brand in the past. However, this time, I experienced a highly disappointing incident.After finishing up selecting my clothes, I entered the fitting rooms while my boyfriend decided to wait outside. To my surprise, he was suddenly yelled at by an employee, stating that "Men aren't allowed in the fitting rooms." It's important to note that he was simply waiting for me outside, being respectful of everyone in the store. He was sitting on the chairs, scrolling through his phone.Not only was this employee's behavior completely uncalled for, but it also reflects a wrong assumption about my boyfriend's presence in the fitting rooms. The employee should not have made assumptions based on gender. It is particularly disheartening to experience this during PRIDE MONTH, as I can't help but think of how a trans man could undergo the same mistreatment. Thankfully, my boyfriend is more forgiving than most people.Nowhere in the store or on their website does it mention that men are not allowed in the fitting rooms. Such a lack of communication is highly frustrating. As a result of this incident, I have made the decision to take my shopping elsewhere. I cannot support a company that allows its employees to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner.I sincerely hope that Victoria's Secret takes steps to address this issue, clearly communicate its fitting room policies, and provide proper training to its employees regarding inclusivity and respect for all customers. Until then, I will be exploring other options for my lingerie needs.Given the unpleasant experience and the lack of adherence to inclusive practices, I can only rate my recent visit with one star.

I love my day of shopping the location in 1st Colony Mall in Sugarland Tx. It was my first time going into a Victoria's Secret store in a long while to SHOP! I has met a beautiful young lady who had a wonderful scent on that I loved the smell. SO,I politely asked her what was she wearing and where did she purchase it. SHEgave me the name and sent me a photo of the bottle (Fresh @Clean Pink Body Mist).So I located the nearest store and took a trip by this location and I was greeted with professionalism ,helpful and pleasant and kind Customer service! The cashier was so pretty and kind and generous enough to take a photo of me on my camera phone! I was overwhelmed with excitement to have a gift that I really wanted to CELEBRATE MY GOOD NEWS that day of being told I am now CANCER FREE after a 2 yrs battle with Oral Cancer! I plan to go back soon because I did not have time to SHOP and really spend some $$$. ?

This place lied to me saying I can't make a return or exchange here. I talked to the manager and they claimed it was a global issue. I called the galleria and they said they have had no problems with other returns.

Usually only go in for online returns and the staff is incredibly rude every single time. They roll their eyes, smack gum, and give off a ton of attitude when you ask for help. Many looked me up and down with a judgmental look when I told them my bra size (that they measured me for) and informed me “we don’t carry yourrr size.” I was measured for a 38DD. When I said I wanted to try a different item or return my purchase, the employee shook her head and tried to convince me to just go to a seamstress with the $90 bra and keep it. As in spend more money on it.

As a former employee of VS myself, I expect great customer service... Kyra was so accommodating and helpful to me. The staff as a whole was all very kind to me. Clean store. Retail can be a messy world, and I appreciate what this team pulls together and delivers. I'm also not a fan of malls. This store has pretty good selection to choose from also
