Arlert (cashier)was extremely rude today. She was on her phone. Didn't greet us at all! At the end I'm thinking she was going to tell me my total and she still didn't say a word. I asked to speak to her manager and she shrugged her shoulders. Extremely rude!!!! People like that shouldn't work in customer service.

After a long wait with a very sick baby. The pharmacist gives us our medication for our baby. We get home, and it's been opened. When we called, they were not apologetic at all.

I sat in line for the pharmacy today to pickup a prescription. I waited for 15 minutes before I was at the window, once I drove up to the window the pharmacist said, "we are closed for lunch until 2". i then told her I was in line way before 1:30, which she replied, " I know, sorry, come back at two." There should be enough coverage so the pharmacy doesn't have to shut down for the employees to have a lunch.

They auto refill even when you tell them not to. Refused to transfer my prescription when I moved, falsely claiming I was out of refills.

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. They have no concept of efficiency or common sense. They repeatedly send me texts, emails, and phone calls to let me know that prescriptions are ready for pick up, but when I get there they tell me that I can't pick up my medicine until a certain date. Yesterday, I spent over 20 minutes in line at the drive through, and I was the 2nd person in line. The staff did not have the common sense to tell the person that was first (doing a Covid test) to pull around while waiting for their results, and as a result, 4 people behind me gave up and left, and I was trapped with no way out. The employees are not very friendly, and their drive through speaker doesn't work so you can't hear what they are saying. This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. Do not spend your money here!

Find another pharmacy, these people are slow and hardly answer the phone. Very incompetent and always messing up. Maybe they need to be trained or something.

If I could give zee starts, I would! The absolute worst customer service! I was on hold for over 10 minutes and every time the phone would ring, they would just put it back on hold without saying anything to me. When I finally did speak to an actual person, my question only took 30 seconds of their time. Ridiculous. I am never taking my prescriptions to this location again.

Terrible service. Never told me my rx wasnt going to be covered by insurance so just didnt fill it. Can never get a hold of anyone on the phone - they just keep placing you on hold or hang up on you. Switching pharmacies.

Slowest F'N pharmacy EVER!!!! I'm finally going to switch locations after today. It's always the same crap with this one. A drive thru should not take that long!!!!! I backed out and went inside and there were ZERO customers. Neither the girl standing right there or the other 2 people working addressed me when I approached the desk. She finished her task first. Mind you, now I was the only customer cause by the time I came in, the one before me in the drive thru was now gone. Get It Together!!!
