The pharmacist apparently is implementing a rule that prescriptions must come from a doctor within 15 miles. This is really inconvenient for those of us who travel a lot. His recommendation “See a doctor who’s closer.” Because of course putting of my medication to get a new appointment with an unknown new doctor for a month or more is the best option. I will just send it to HEB or walmart next time. I also should mention, he denied my prescription a week ago and I received absolutely no information. Just obliviously waiting.

The Asian pharmacist that answers the drive thru pick up line always seems disinterested in actually being helpful/ doing his job. The last time I came, he told me only had 1 out of 2 of my prescriptions. The other one wouldn’t be ready for days. I went back through the line again to ask a question and another pharmacist came to the window and told me that in fact both of my prescriptions were here and could be ready in 15 minutes. I came back again today for another medication today (right now) and he told me they didn’t have one of the medications I needed. I asked if he could transfer it to another Walgreens and he said sure he’ll have to call them to make sure they have it. I said no problem, I can wait. He then proceeded to print out a couple numbers and told me to call and ask myself…
Anyway after doing his job for him which by the way took 5 minutes literally I had to drive back in line again to get my prescription transferred. Literally he doesn’t seem to care about customer service

This is a clean, typical Walgreens with friendly and helpful personnel. The pharmacy is extremely busy and perhaps understaffed upon occasion. However, they manage to be quick, helpful, and accurate.

I have been getting basically the same exact prescriptions for years. They have something late or are out of it once a month. If not that, they clearly don’t know how to handle issues with insurance companies because that’s always an excuse, though always seems to be good on my insurance’s side. Will be switching ASAP, I can’t deal with this anymore, it is great inconvenience for me and my health when they cannot be reliable and I am out my medication because they can’t seem to get it together.

Very bad service, we came to deposit money and the manager and the cashiers worked poorly and treated us strangely, they did not let us deposit more than 500 dollars into a capital one account, really bad service.

This the worst manage pharmacy I have ever encountered. The tech Bimal is very rude, unprofessional, and has no compassion or empathy. I wonder how these people go home and sleep well. Very disappointed. Manager is a joker who has no control. They straight lie to your face and never have any supplies at disposal. They should replace everyone and give job to more deserving.

I am giving this location 5 stars only to Rachel (the pharmacy manager/pharmacist). She went above and beyond for me in regards to my medication (which is on nationwide shortage at the moment). I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, compassion and your assistance throughout this whole nightmare of a process. The pharmacy techs need to learn from her in how to handle patients and how to assist them in finding other Walgreens that have their medications in stock rather than just saying "it's out of stock and they're unable to find you a location with the medicine in stock". That is just pure laziness in your job. I work in Healthcare as well so this is shocking to me hear basically "that is not my job" from the pharmacy techs when that is YOUR job.

From the morning time my daughter doctor send the prescription and after I didn't receive the call from the pharmacy I came by myself and waiting almost half hour to get the medicine.

We receive email our medications ready and I send my husband to pick my daughter medicine those we take every month, and new lady doesn’t understand and took alot time , I wish give ooooooShe give very hard time and that medication really important to give my daughter, I don’t understand how manager not help coustomer
