Compared to others, the prices here are impossible. Very expensive, from pet foods to cleaners and detergents. I purchased an item for $60, it was on sale. They would not allow me to return this item, it was closed and still brand new, but they didn't take the return. Overall, not the best shopping experience. Location is easy, right off the main road. Parking lot is sufficient, easy for bigger cars. Not a favorite.

Order meds online on a Thursday. Because I didn't realize I was out I paid for the 5.99 same day delivery. These are anxiety meds there are dangerous side effects if you start or stop suddenly. Granted, it was late Thursday so I didn't expect them until Friday. Friday came and went. I called Saturday but was on hold for 15 minutes and was running late for a hair cut. I called back that evening. The lady who answered at first said they were out (it's a common medication - I doubt they were out) then, noting my frustration she went to check. She then changed her story and said they had the med but she couldn't fill it because they were closing in 10 minutes. Even though I live 5 minutes away and this would be my second day off of this medication, I relented. But I asked if I would still be charged the 5.99 same day delivery. She said she didn't know but that she could t do anything about it. I asked her to hold the meds and I would pick them up the next day. They were delivered anyway. Nearly 3 days after I ordered the refill AND it looks like I got charged the 5.99 delivery. I usually go in to pick up and only ordered the courier because of the side effects of not taking them. Usually I'm pretty satisfied. Not this time. I may have to look for another pharmacy.

Pharmacy service is pathetic if you really need your medication never send to this walgreen pharmacy very poor service they even doesn’t bothered to take it seriously no matter how many times you call them so please choose some other pharmacy instead of this

Store is clean and organized . Was not greeted upon arrival , workers looked bothered . Greeted her , no response. When getting to the cashier I said hello - no response . Same experience multiple times . Very convenient location but will take my money to CVS across the street

My worst experience ever!! If your time and medication important to youThen think twice before dropping your prescription here!!I put in prescription and they said it will be ready in about hourAfter 10 days, I still haven’t received my medication l.They gave me a half after a week and still waiting remaining.They refused to give me my prescription so i can go to another pharmacy.After tow weeks they kept saying they order my and it should be here by Monday.Today is Monday and I’m still hereIm going to surgery tomorrow 6am and still didn’t receive any medicine.@ Walgreens pharmacy : please respect people time and healthThis is not acceptable!!!!!!

Customer experience associate charisma had a horrible attitude throughout the whole entire checkout process i arrived at the counter ready to pay for my items and she didn't greet me at all she just stood there on her phone for a good minute and left me waiting to checkout she then proceeded to scan my items and still not say a word. As i finished paying she didn't let me know if i was going to get a digital or physical receipt and then proceeded to throw away my coupon i receive after paying she just crumbled it up and threw it away. Ruined my whole experience at my neighborhood walgreens.:(

I had to go back home to get verification I prepaid for my rx- the pharmacy tech didn’t bother to check the account, argumentative. The actual pharmacist on duty did not say a word to me when handing over my new prescription. Normally, they will ask if I have any questions. She basically threw the bag at me. Very rude staff tonight 7/27/2023..

Had problems ordering online and pick up in store. Call local walgreens at West airport and eldridge. I ask if I can pay over the phone for the product and pick up in store. Person on the other line says nothing and hangs up on me. It wasn't a "hold on let me ask a manager"... it was simply the person on the phone didn't care what I had to say and hung up.Yeah. With that attitude I will stick with going to HEB. Should have in the first place. Customer service is by far better at HEB!

Do not use their pharmacy. I have had many problems with this location filling recurring prescriptions. They have dropped the prescription altogether several times, and most of the time I have to manually use the Walgreens App to request a refill. Today I was attempting to pick up a refill, and was in line 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed. Unfortunately the woman in front of me took 10 minutes to get through her order before I was able to get to the window and I was informed to come back the next day even though I was in line before the pharmacy closed - terrible service!

Unprofessional and rude staff. Does not know how to refill a prescription. Not available if you come late to pick up your medicine. I have been using Walgreens pharmacy for about 6 years but this is the worse branch I have ever seen.
