People of theft.
My mom was at Walgreens about a month ago and she was buying a 100$ gift card. She gave it to her friend as a birthday gift. When she went to use it, they told her it was empty. Number one, that’s embarrassing for the friend because imagine being told you got a 100$ gift card to spend and now you can’t buy anything? Number two, when my mom went back to the Walgreens to get the money, they told her she couldn’t get it because it was “uploaded to the card”. My mom confirmed it was empty and they still didn’t do anything about it. They are thief’s who won’t admit to their actions. After a month of fighting, she went to her bank and got her cash back. Save your money and go to another Walgreens, this one will rob you.

My experience here has been just fine. I was surprised at a few of the others comments.
The apparent mgr is a busy guy, but always checks with me.
I had to wonder if they were speaking about the rig but place.

The entire staff at the Walgreens pharmacy at Williams Trace and HW 6 is amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable, always go the extra mile to check for coupons, and building a personal relationship. The pharmacist even remembers questions asked weeks ago and gives updates on the status of the availability of vaccines. Fantastic team !

I live 13 miles away from this location and I absolutely don't mind driving here the store is a little outdated but the service is so much better than the one by my house. The people are so kind

Truly the worst experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. This isn’t just a one time experience, this is every single time I come here. They are rude, unhelpful and constantly fail to fill prescriptions.

I had an excellent experience today in the photo department. My photos needed to be cropped and in some cases the size changed. I was unsure how to do this.The employee, Jeremiah, stepped up to help me. He went above and beyond what I expected. If I had tried to do it alone, I’d still be working on it.He is knowledgeable and friendly. I want to thank him for his help and time. He is an exceptional employee and I want to publicly recognize him for all the help he gave me today.

Made an appointment for a covid vaccine booster and flu shot. Walgreen's is a preferred pharmacy under my Blue Cross Medicare Advantage insurance. Never had a problem before and got my previous covid booster shots there. I go there this morning and the person working the front tells me that my insurance isn't accepted for Covid Booster shots. They couldn't give me a reason and just told me they don't accept it. I call another Walgreen's pharmacy and they tell me my insurance is accepted. I call my insurance and they tell me it is 100% covered. Made me waste my time making an appointment and driving up there only for the person to tell me the wrong information. It always a bad experience when you get an employee who doesn't know what they are doing.
