Made an appointment for a covid vaccine booster and flu shot. Walgreen's is a preferred pharmacy under my Blue Cross Medicare Advantage insurance. Never had a problem before and got my previous covid booster shots there. I go there this morning and the person working the front tells me that my insurance isn't accepted for Covid Booster shots. They couldn't give me a reason and just told me they don't accept it. I call another Walgreen's pharmacy and they tell me my insurance is accepted. I call my insurance and they tell me it is 100% covered. Made me waste my time making an appointment and driving up there only for the person to tell me the wrong information. It always a bad experience when you get an employee who doesn't know what they are doing.

Don’t try to order Same Day Delivery from here because they don’t even know what that is apparently….even though Walgreens literally has commercials for it now AND it’s on the app and website. I placed an order for Same Day Delivery at 11:31 am expecting it for it to be delivered before 1 pm. I get an email at 12:01 p.m. saying my order was delayed. I wait until about 2 p.m. before I call the store just to get an update and see if there’s a time they think it’ll be delivered. It was downhill from there. The associate I spoke with was unhelpful, saying that the order would be delivered tomorrow, even though I placed the order before 8 p.m., which is the cutoff for actual same day delivery. She had to transfer me to a manager who at first didn’t even understand what I meant by Same Day Delivery. Then she said that Curbside was the only option for online orders. During the call she came off as rude and honestly dismissive. So I hung up and called the main line for online delivery questions. The representative there was actually helpful and kind. She explained the Store should know the process - they hire Door Dash to deliver the orders. The representative checked and said the order wasn’t delayed because of Door Dash, the order just hadn’t been picked yet. Meaning the associates just hadn’t completed the order at the store. I guess since the store didn’t even know how it worked, it makes sense they wouldn’t know what to do. Horrible experience except for speaking with the chat representative.

Incompetent cashier. The obviously drunk or under the influence young female couldn’t preform a single task correctly.

Went for a western union pickup, spent 20 minutes typing all personal info to the machine, then we were told that western union cash register was not working and they needed to restart, during which I specifically asked if we should wait, the answer was ‘Yes’. So we waited for another 20 minutes and finally were told there was nothing they could do. The lady who happens to be a manager there was super rude and was not making any sense in whatever she was saying.

my friends and I bought a couple fujifilm cameras for a road trip. Took lots of pictures and brought them in so we can get our photos developed. We kept coming back because we never got called in to get them. Turns out they were lost and we never received them. still don’t know where my photos are and it’s been 10 months. Please be more mindful of this. We were so excited to see them and see the memories we captured just for them to be lost somewhere.

Pharmacy is always slow, and if you have a question don't expect them to answer the phone. Slow and steady may win the race but this pharmacy is just slow.

Placed a .call it was never answered so I hung up. I called back thirty minutes later, phone rung for twenty minutes it was NERVER PICKED UP!! Poor service!!#

Everyone is very nice to me here even though they are stressed because customers are really rude to them. They're doing their best. The pharmacy is really patient with customers and helpful. The main pharmacist, I regret that I don't know his name, is so king and knowledgeable. He's always there, I think he is the manager? But he's so great and always smiling. He makes my day better!

This walgreens is the absolutely worst pharmacy I've incountered in my 50 years of life. There very rude. When your on the phone on hold and after so long in rings back they simply pick up the phone and hang it up. I've watched it with my own eyes. All I can do is say stay away. I couldn't write 2 pages more page's of what I've seen and been through over the last few years that I've delt with.

Pharmacy is the worst I've ever been to at a Walgreens. The only reason I came here was because this was the closest one to me with covid 19 appointments available. The employees seemed miserable and had a horrible attitude. I ended up walking out with no Covid vaccine for my kids.
