TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!
Maybe under a new management, I'm not sure, but it seems like it has been remodeled and has all new staff. customer service was not that great and quite unexperienced, long wait to be helped out and took them 45 minutes to resolve my request. I have been a customer since 2009 and have been there for many years and never felt so unhappy. Hopefully, it will get better because this location is very convenient for me.

I You can go there to take the deposit and get the change. The woman in the drive-through is super friendly and always knows my name. I really enjoy it!

I used the drive-thru ATM at this location and received a $20 bill that was MISSING a sizeable chunk of the bill. (How did it even make it into the machine in the first place?!) Since it was after-hours when I used the ATM, I had to back to this location to exchange the bill. However, the teller refused to replace the $20 bill. Instead, they referred me to ANOTHER Wells Fargo location. WHY?! So frustrating!!! Lucky for her, I was connected with Van at the Sugar Land location who resolved the issue. THANK YOU, Van for your help. Your assistance was greatly appreciated!!!

I've always gotten super service at this branch. My wife went to BOA and got so frustrated with them she finally had enough and changed to Wells fargo

Banker Yaa Obeng was extremely helpful in a difficult situation. The process took over 2 hours. She was patient and calm.

Miss Rosa literally saved me. I'm a dummy and didn't notice until the last second that one of my forms needed to be notarized. She was so nice and compassionate and most of all efficient. Thank you Rosa!!!

Extremely unhelpful. I needed 40 bucks to run across to HEB and buy groceries when my card wasn't working and I sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and watched them help 2 people that came after me while my groceries melted across the street. They took 10 minutes just to send me a deposit slip. It would have been faster driving to the Settlers one and back. Don't go here.

Tried to make small talk with clerkShe used all her energy to resist kindness and sit in silenceSo, I just continued with business and stopped engagingI have delt with her a few times she's always been abrasiveMaybe she has something going on her lifeI then attempted to make a deposit (the reason I was there)I brought $4 over what my deposit slip saidWhich has never been an issue beforeToday it wasThe clerk refused to make the deposit on the slip and demanded I make the entire cash deposit I handed to herThis is a business account, so I would prefer to keep my numbers tidySo I asked to break a bill to make the deposit exact, and she refusedI asked to speak with the manager to see if they would make an exception since I was unaware of this policy that they have not being complying withThe manager said they would have to charge my account to make changeI guess scammers are getting rich by walking into every wells Fargo and walking out with the same extra $4 they are bringing inBewareSo many other financial institutions that are reasonableThere really isn't a reason to bank here

Unprofessional and not attentive to their customers. No one greets you or at least direct you on where you need to go. Some tellers are conversing amongst themselves others are on the phone. Ridiculous.

The service is ok but don't even try to get there without an appointment. The wait time is up to 2hrs!!!!
