Very bad experience with this branch. When I paid off my auto loan, I asked the teller to send a message to their loan department internally, but she asked me to call the loan department directly. She gave me a number to call, I found the number is this branch, I called earlier and waited for 10 minutes for talking to a live person. I felt frustrated to call this number again, I knew I am going to wait for long time to talk with a live person, the worst part is, there is no auto loan department selection! I don’t know what to next!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for more than a decade. I went to the Lexington Branch to open a CD. I approached a bank teller and told I need to talk to a Banker. She immediately told no one is available without checking. I asked for the Bank manager a fellow who pretended like a manager and supported the bank tellers comment. Both staff members behavior clearly indicate poor professionalism and lack of customer training. Wells Fargo Management needs to pay more attention in hiring their staff and give sufficient training. The staff whom I spoke don't know the ABCs of customer service. David L.

Withdrew several hundred dollars in 5’s to take as tip money on a vacation. When we returned, I came back with $200 in 5’s. When I deposited the cash at the drive thru teller, she ask for my ID. Really? For depositing CASH, and only $200 cash? Now if I were depositing $10,000 in cash, I could understand. But $200? Ridiculous.

it took me 30 minutss in line just one customer in front of me. the teller was a lady that was totally disoriented and slow. i left this branch as the people behind me. stay away from this branch or you will end up wasting all your precious time of the day watching one customer in front of youm

Just had the worst experience at this branch. Today I had a teller make me wait an hr then ask why I needed to take the money out (which I thought was very inappropriate) then told me I couldn't make the withdrawal bc there was a discrepancy with the address listed on my license vs my account. She told me I had to leave and that she'd call me back once things got sorted out. No call back. Called customer service and was told there were no discrepancies in the addresses listed and it was odd that this happened. I went to another branch and had zero issues with my transaction. I'm appalled. I've been with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and have overall been pleased but now I'm considering switching banks. I called and filed a formal complaint. Tellers please be careful on how you treat your customers.

The banking experience is very different. You have to scan a code upon arrival and log into the virtual waiting line. There was a lady in front of me struggling and the bank tellers would not assist her. They just laughed. Once I logged in to the line, it stated there was another person in front of me. There’s literally no one in the line. The 2 bank tellers were laughing with each other and just watching the waiting area. Very strange establishment.

I needed some assistance with opening an account in person, so I had called to try to set up an appointment as soon as possible. The teller took my information and then the banker called me back within 5 minutes and told me that they could schedule me that same morning. I went in for the appointment, and Maritza was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Great service here!

I’ve done business with wells for years, but this is the best location for customer service. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me. I really appreciate the time and effort it takes to always be helpful to your community.
