I had set up an appointment online and received an appointment confirmation. When I went in for the appointment, the banker told me that she never received the appointment in her system even though I had the confirmation in hand. It was a total waste of time and I'm very disappointed in this branch. The banker was preoccupied with another client and also had another client waiting for the next appointment time after ours. I suspected that the first client was just going beyond the expected time and therefore the banker couldn't accommodate our appointment. Very dissatisfied with this location and I can't recommend it.

Friendly and quick customer service. Loved meeting Kunzal - she made my first visit there go very smoothly!

Service at THIS branch is horrible. They change policies depending on their mood. One week one way. Next week different.

Whoa. So looking at the timeline of reviews, things have gotten better here. This is my go-to branch and I haven't really had any issues with them. I've had to deal with their personal banker for several little and big things and have always had okay results, except for one time, but that was more the Wells Fargo system as opposed to the banker not wanting to help me out. That issue was resolved later. I'll also take off a star, because we were owed two horses and I never got my stupid stuffed ponies. Not that I'm upset or anything... Okay, but seriously, the tellers are friendly, everyone seems to work really fast, and the personal bankers seem to be always busy. The one real complaint about this branch is that the personal bankers seem to change often, which is my main reason for not liking to come here. They don't know me and being a neighborhood bank, you'd think they'd stick to not so many changes. The location is safe, the parking lot is small, and the bank location is small too, however you will get in and out in no time.

Don't take anything to this bank expecting it to get notarized... the answer is always no. I don't understand why they claim to offer the service when they have never agreed to notarize any paperwork. Ridiculous!

Friendly superior service with a smile. A bit hidden but close to home fir me. I am treated like a loved family member. I love this bank. My fav teller is Rennel James. My account is listed under foxyferchak. She calls me miss foxy. I cant argue:)

This is by far the worst branch I've ever walked into. The tellers are very friendly, but management?! Be prepared to be treated like a second class citizen if you have an opportunity checking Raquel Santos and Thompson (?) are a nightmare.

Just stick to the ATM at this location. I had one bad experience so thus the 3 stars and not 1. The wavy blonde haired lady took a while to pull up my account due to technical difficulties. I totally understand..except she gave me $20 in cash less than what I asked for and the receipt stated what I asked for. It took her almost 20 minutes to resolve this issue. Just think, if I had driven off from the drive thru and THEN checked it.

Every time I come here I am greeted with a warm welcome! Im so used to coming here and with the service Its hard for me to go to another WF! I get in and out in a timely fashion and that is what matters the most to me... I mean come on who likes being in the bank longer than they have to?

Worse customer service of any bank I've been with. They processed a check I had written for $30 as $3000! I didn't know it and was using my ATM card and paying bills online. For three days my bank account was mistakenly being overdrawn after I paid bills online as usual. This Wells Fargo took forever to correct their mistake even though the check in question could be seen online as a $30 check. I had overdraft protection with the credit card, but I had to transfer money from my investment account to my checking until Wells Fargo figured out the mistake. Two weeks had passed and Wells Fargo finally admitted they screwed up. The worst part about all of this was Wells Fargo refused to refund my overdraft fees saying I was responsible to watch my account. I check my account online every two or three days and didn't see a problem until the third day (when the check was processed). This is when I saw all of the overdraft fees. Every overdraft (about 7 transactions) was being charged a fee. Needless to say, I pulled all my money out of Wells Fargo and they still never apologized for their mistake.
