overall would not recommend this store. cashier was slow. most of the stuff they offer has subpar choice of ingredients/materials

Arlert (cashier)was extremely rude today. She was on her phone. Didn't greet us at all! At the end I'm thinking she was going to tell me my total and she still didn't say a word. I asked to speak to her manager and she shrugged her shoulders. Extremely rude!!!! People like that shouldn't work in customer service.

They auto refill even when you tell them not to. Refused to transfer my prescription when I moved, falsely claiming I was out of refills.

I sat in line for the pharmacy today to pickup a prescription. I waited for 15 minutes before I was at the window, once I drove up to the window the pharmacist said, "we are closed for lunch until 2". i then told her I was in line way before 1:30, which she replied, " I know, sorry, come back at two." There should be enough coverage so the pharmacy doesn't have to shut down for the employees to have a lunch.

This is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I have ever been to. They have no concept of efficiency or common sense. They repeatedly send me texts, emails, and phone calls to let me know that prescriptions are ready for pick up, but when I get there they tell me that I can't pick up my medicine until a certain date. Yesterday, I spent over 20 minutes in line at the drive through, and I was the 2nd person in line. The staff did not have the common sense to tell the person that was first (doing a Covid test) to pull around while waiting for their results, and as a result, 4 people behind me gave up and left, and I was trapped with no way out. The employees are not very friendly, and their drive through speaker doesn't work so you can't hear what they are saying. This is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to. Do not spend your money here!

I went to go pick up an order, it was curbside but I went inside because I was looking for another item. I went to the location for pick ups, once I got there I had to wait a while for the customer in front of me to complete the transaction, following that customer I asked the manager about my order and proceeded to show him a screen shot of the email my sister sent me of her order. When I showed him he asked if I could scroll down to see the item, I told him unfortunately it was a screen shot and then proceed to tell him the items in the order. He then took phone calls, and then after told me that the person who placed the order was required to come pick it up, My sister listed me as a alternative pick up and I had to point out my name on the email. He also took a call mid transaction and then proceed to take the customer behind me without finishing my transaction or asking if it was okay with me. Because he took the customer behind me I had to wait even longer for her to finish her transaction for me to complete mine even though my items were already brought out by another employee. He wasn't kind, he wasn't friendly, and didn't apologize for his mistake or his hasty attitude to get me out before even handing a simple pick up order. I excpected more from a manager, do better next time Kevin.

Find another pharmacy, these people are slow and hardly answer the phone. Very incompetent and always messing up. Maybe they need to be trained or something.

The worst store manager (Javier) I've ever met. Very rude ,unfriendly and non-customer service oriented. Even his employees tell me they don't like him --Will take my business elsewhere.
