Why would your pharmacist just file an incoming Rx and not fill it, and furthermore tell me they never got it when I went to the store and asked? That's exactly what happened to me and I would like an answer. They wasted almost two hours of my time alternately calling my Dr and driving (it's faster than calling because of the hold time) to the store to no avail until I got on their chat bot. I had to type my problem twice because the chatbot couldn't help me and transferred me to a real person who didn't or couldn't read what I wrote to the chatbot.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is a TERRIBLE Walgreens. One of the WORST customer service pharmacies I've ever dealt with. I was on the phone with them to ask about a prescription. I called at 1pm. Once they answered I was talking to one of the employees and suddenly the call was ended. I'm not saying they hung up, there is no way of knowing that. After the call ended I called again. It was 1:04 when I called next. I was never able to get in touch with them directly, they kept picking up the phone and putting me on hold again. This happened MULTIPLE times! I waited on the phone for 13 min. So I called the store instead of the pharmacy and I talked to the manager, who wrote down my number and eventually they ended up calling me back. If your insurance covers CVS, then go there you're better off.

Ok so the wait time at this Walgreens is just horrendous. I figured I would learn my lesson the first time because it was more convenient. I guess I didn't!

Not to be confused with Whale-greens. Which is for very large fish. And yet is still overpriced. And this one is far from our favorite Walgreens. Located on Grand Parkway by the highway in Sugarland, we try to avoid this one due to the long lines and questionable service on both occasions we came here.

I went to Walgreens to get a booster COVID vaccine and a flue shot. The women at the counter had no idea what to do. I left. Went to Walgreens in Rosenberg, and all I got was attitude from the clerk and a lecture about making appointments on line. I left . Went to Walmart in Rosenberg, got both shots in just a few minutes. Apparently every Walgreens store has their own rules. They really need to train their counter clerks how to treat customers

Pain killer after surgery for my son. I went to pick it up over 7 hours (7:30 pm) after it was called in around noon (I verified with Dr). It wasn't ready. No one was in line and they didn't look busy. After complaining they said to come back in 30 minutes. When I called to see if it was ready I was "disconnected" twice. I had to call because the Rx would not show in my Walgreens app and there was no notification so I didn't know when to get it. it was finally filled (more than 30 minutes later). I have been sitting in line here for over 30 minutes waiting at the store to pick it up. In the meantime my son is crying because the pain is so bad. This location used to be fine but the last few months it has been ridiculous. And it has nothing to do with COVID!

I was in line to refill a prescription for the first time at this location and it was super fast and they were knowledgeable and nice.

Worst pharmacy service at this location. If Diana is working the drive thru expect to be there for over 30 minutes. The manager would not even come help her. Many people frustrated with the wait times every time I have been here and they get fed up and leave. I am in the healthcare field and know it can be crazy but this location is on another level. Worst customer service and truly do not care about getting people though and taken care of.

It takes FOREVER to pick up prescriptions! This has nothing to do with Covid. It has always been the case. My family comes here because they're open 24/7, (which is awesome), but the wait....! (Crazy!) We're talking about moving our prescriptions to CVS for this reason.

I have always preferred this Walgreens, but something is wrong lately. I don't know if they're short staffed or what. I waited in line for 40 minutes for a prescription that took 3 minutes to pick up. This is the second time this has happened.

They put you on hold before you can even respond. Then your on hold for an average of 20 min. every time. Crazy!

I've actually never had a problem with anyone at the pharmacy. They always answer my questions, and their automated phone system doesn't actually make me upset like some other companies. Is actually decent to use.

The pharmacy is TERRIBLE!! If you call they will pick up the phone and before you have a chance to say anything they click you and put you on hole. ( very frustrating) They are very unprofessional. Customer service is not a priority!! If you must deal with a Walgreens do not go to this one!! For me this leaves a bad taste in my mouth with the whole franchise. I looked through the reviews and not one positive remark which tells me that management doesn't care enough about customers to see what everyone is saying in order to rectify any bad experiences so that the same occurrences won't happen again.
