Estoria was absolutely amazing! Her personality was very warm and inviting. She definitely made our experience special. She gave great outfit advice and even offered to order items that weren’t in stock.
I did inform the two managers (one with a cool sleeve ) of our experience however I felt like she deserved public acknowledgement 🙂.
Even though some items didn’t workout . When I returned today her attitude was consistently amazing. And I appreciate her service!

I recently visited this location to buy a dress for my birthday. The service was exceptional the young lady guide me to exactly what I was looking for. She even brought different sizes and styles to try on. I was amazed at the experience I received felt as though I step into a luxury boutique. Will definitely be coming back.

I like the store it’s self. The customer service is a complete 0. I walked in there having a great day, smiling and greeting the front desk lady! what I got in exchange was a blank stare😶 no greeting no thank you. I had a couple items to try and maybe purchase but the attitude was a no for me so I made my return and left.

Return policy is HORRIBLE for online purchases.14 day return policy. Online can't be returned in store. NOT WORTH IT. Shop somewhere else with a normal return policy.

My girlfriend had ordered a dress from here and proceeded to wait 10 days for it to be shipped and delivered it even said it was going to arrive in a specific day just for it to not even arrive in that day but the next. And once she had gotten it she would open it and it’s not even the dress she had ordered. She had ordered a navy blue dress just to be given a red dress, that doesn’t fit and doesn’t even match her nails. She had called asking for a reason as to why this had happened and not once they had mentioned about a refund but only mentioned 2 coupons for a 20% off and an express delivery. She spent a good portion of money just to get some random dress she didn’t even like nor ordered.

The staff was wonderful! I recently visited and the store was clean and organized. Very nice employees but the customers could be nicer to them and clean up after themselves.

Asked for assistance getting a dress off the mannequin the employee was huffing and puffing the entire time like she didn’t want to do her job I don’t understand why people work customer service jobs when they have the nastiest attitude when customers ask for assistance. By the looks of it this location is know for having the rudest employees.

Came into your store looking for a dress for a wedding when my husband asked the employee at the counter for assistance in getting me a dress that was on a higher shelf. The employee at the counter was highlighting a piece of paper and barely even acknowledged that my husband was asking for her assistance. In a disrespectful tone without even looking at him - said she would be there in a second and minutes went by and she hadn’t moved a muscle. We left. Without spending a dime in your establishment. It’s unfortunate, too, because I was going to buy at least 2 of your beautiful dresses. But I refuse to spend money at an establishment that has no respect for their paying customers.

We had the most enjoyable time shopping for my daughter's prom dress! The ladies are extremely helpful, sweet, professional, just enjoyable to be around. There was one thing disappointing. Customers trying on dresses and leaving them piled up in the dressing rooms. They could of at least put them on a hanger after trying them on, no consideration for the employees. The employees were like moms cleaning up after their little kids. I totally recommend this place but please be considerate and respectful just put the clothes back or hang on a hanger properly.
