Today was my first time at Yogasix. I really enjoy my class, Restoration. I’m coming from having a mayor surgery back in January and believe me, I really miss working out. My PFT recommended me to start slowly to give my body time to recover.. and I did great! Camila was my instructor, she was very nice and professional. The people at the front desk was helpful as well. Definitely I’ll return to sign up for my membership. Thank you Camila!

Front desk is rude. It’s also chaotic since there’s always multiple people at the front desk or lingering around.Might I add Bathrooms are dirty.

I love yogasix. It's a good place to practice yoga. They have many awesome instructors. If you need a fresh Monday, then you must come to Noelle's sculpt and flow. Her class will help you to get rid of Monday blue totally. Also, Veronica 's Tuesday hot yoga is wonderful. That class will let you "dry in ,but wet out". Wednesday- Rachel 's slow flow gives you strong power to stabilize your mind and body. Especially, I love Thursday- Stephanie 's sculpt and flow. She always reminds me to listen to my body and take challenges. Also, they have good location which is near Kroger and pizza. I enjoy in yogasix! ???

I started practice here over the winter, and it has been fantastic. The instructors are all unique but all are great. Whether you are looking for inspiration, strength, serenity, or a deep practice each of the instructors offers something different. Try the different types of classes and the different teachers and you'll find a flow.

Bought my second 10 pack on Groupon today and went by the store to redeem it since I had called 3x without answer. Was told by their GM, Alicia, that they cannot redeem it and only 1 Groupon can be redeemed. When asked where that policy could be located, she could not provide me it. I asked to price match $100/10 classes, GM called owner and was not able to do this. Emailed them regarding above and how no one relayed to me their “policy”. Not in terms and conditions signed upon first Groupon. I also asked for attachment of this “policy”. They emailed back and said they could not price match and did not provide any proof of the policy, but that there is a policy “mentioned on Groupon” that you could only purchase 1 and any additional for friends/family. This email was not signed with a name.TLDR: Second groupon not accepted. Could not provide proof of policy. Cannot price match $100/10 classes. Instead, offered $269/10 classes. From a business stand point, they would rather lose a customer than abide by a policy without proof.

I took a sculpt and flow class with Rachel wonderful instructor. It was my first time using weights in yoga. My advice for you is to get the lightest weights. I got the 12 pound weights which I regret but wow that was an awesome class. Rachel you did your thang girl. I’m sore I can barely walk I really needed this butt whooping it’s been a while. I cancelled multiple times with this yoga location and they continuously keep charging my account for $124.00. The staff is rude and did not take care of the issue after I requested to be refunded multiple times! As I write this review, they have charged me another $124. Management seems nonchalant about the issue and after sending evidence of the cancellation they continue to take my money. This process has been the most frustrating and I will make sure not to come back considering the lack of customer service and charges to my account.
