I’ve been to this location about 3 times due to the fact that I need to bring my ring in every 6 months. Every time I’ve came the customer service hasn’t been great. This recent time I left because no one said anything at all to me the several minutes I was there waiting. There was no greeting or even at least an attempt to see what I needed. This seems to be a trend. Whether it’s the wait time or customer service.

Salam provided my husband and me with 5 star service. I came in to get my ring inspected for the biannual inspection. We stumbled across some issues verifying my ring, but Salam spent an hour with us getting down to the issue and resolving the issue. She was so friendly and patient.

Maya was by far the best person I could have hoped to have help me out getting a beautiful ring for my soon the be fiancé. When she knew I was kind of in a rush to get this ring on time she took the time out of her day to go the extra mile and insure a speedy process. 10/10 will shop with her again.

I have a lovely aquamarine ring given as a gift in 2013. Because of the lifetime warranty Zales jewelers has kept it in excellent condition. Salam was quickly able to find the paperwork and sent my ring in for repair.
