The staff is rude , when u let them know to come get something they never show up, and then they call and try to get u to make a payment, after u told them to come get the product and they have threatened me as well, I didn't have this problem in the past with Aaron's before, but when management changed and new employees came in, it got worse, jus rude and disrespectful, they need an all new team, new management, and new employees, they seem like they don't care all they want is money, get new management and new employees that aren't rude and disrespectful and maybe there might be better reviews

I have a receipt in my hand that has one price on it and they're trying to charge me another price and I well paid up what I'm supposed to be paying when I called and asked him about it they said they would give me a call back and that's been about a week and I'm still waiting on a phone call.... they never give you a call back they don't have their paperwork right they are smart Alec s confrontational in my home and they won't give you any information on how to contact their bosses. once I pay for what I have I'll be taking my business to Greenville Texas.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have literally never in my life left a review for somewhere or called corporate until today. The manager Ashley was so condescending, rude, would talk over me, and then hung up on me. Before we moved we used Aaron’s in Katy Tx for about a year and they were wonderful. Because of the way my husband and I were spoke to we just told Ashley to come get it next week (which she then proceeded to say “YOU WONT BE HOME FOR A WEEK?!”). It’s Thursday evening. We mean Monday. We are going to rent a center tomorrow just so I know we won’t ever have to deal with her again.

This place deserves 0 stars. They’re ALWAYS trying to add an extra charge every time I make a payment. The manager who I believe is Ashley has a very disgusting attitude, I will NEVER do business with Aaron’s again. They just aren’t worth it.

Walked in the store and all employees were so very sweet. They made me feel like family and we’re willing to go above and beyond just to get me exactly what I was looking for . Most definitely the best customer service I have seen in a long time . I feel bad that I was awfully specific and maybe needy but that did not mind and were so sweet and helpful I would recommend everyone I know to this store . I have been into other rent places in town and no one compared to aarons, they had many different selections of furniture and appliances and not to mention the prices were amazing. Keep up the great work .

Please don’t go there they said they would help with pricing and they charged my card exactly one week after I made a payment they’re furniture is very cheap and not worth the price at all I expect honesty and you will be lied too!!!
