My experience with Rebecca McDaniel, Vice President at Alliance Bank, was nothing short of exceptional!Rebecca took the time to thoroughly explain the various loan options available for our business venture. Her knowledge and expertise were evident, and she was exceptionally nice throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to experience the friendliness and personal touch of a small-town business. What stood out even more was Rebecca's immediate attention to our needs. We felt valued and understood, making the entire process seamless. As a delightful bonus, she even gifted me a cute Alliance Bank hat!If you're seeking financial advice or services in a welcoming atmosphere, Rebecca McDaniel at Alliance Bank is the person to see. I am genuinely grateful for her assistance and the positive experience we had. Highly recommended!

App issues over the weekend caused my account to remove money from my savings. When I called customer support at 8:30 in the morning, they said they would get someone to call me back. I ended up calling them back at 4:00 to be talked down to by two very confused women who did not want to admit that the online app issue over the weekend caused issues with my account. We will be shutting down our accounts and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you do use this bank, I would recommend paying everything with checks instead of relying on your mobile app.

The app doesn't accurately show how much money is in your account, and the staff can be rude if you have an issue. For digital/online banking look elsewhere.

This is a bank run by managers and employees that participate and promote fraudulent activities, including going into customers accounts and changing wordage of fraudulent transactions namely Hannah Carrey and Rossy Maldonado. If you are a customer, make sure to check your daily statements, and verify their legitimacy. I will be reporting this outfit to the FBI for investigations of fraud and tampering with evidence. For those who don’t know, banks fall under the jurisdiction of the FBI and not Texan law, because their business transactions are across state lines. If you have complaints against then, go straight to the FBI.
