Bought a hot spot unit from Walmart per the store manager at AT&T store off broadway. Brought it in for a prepaid activation until home internet could be installed. What was to be a 65 dollar prepaid plan ended up being a business account and a 467 bill AND included a mthly insurance on a 50 dollar hot spot bought at Walmart! Returned to the store twice in which they were no help. Be warned about what they sign u up for and I would recommend even recording the conversations with them. We only wanted a mth to mth prepaid acct. We were told that was what we were getting!

I went into this CLIP JOINT in September. That was a serious mistake on my part. Little did I know that these CHEATS and HUCKSTERS would in December charge me a $1000 for a phone that I never received.I am sure they will have some WONKY EXCUSE that says I am wrong. How can you be wrong if you did not accept their phone that would have cost me $1900 more over 3 years with a trade in and discounts.There are NO DEALS here. Just a bunch of LIP SERVICE that is delivered with expertise and you want to buy. BE CAREFUL and DO NOT FALL for that line of CRAPOLA! You will be on the hook and they could care less about you. You are a COMMISSION TO THEM AND THAT IS ALL!!!!What these CON ARTISTS did not plan on was they auto charged an American Express card that has protection against IDIOTS and Morons like this. They will get it STUFFED BACK UP THEIR A$$.DO NOT deal with CHEATS AND CONS. Give this place a wide berth and go to a provider that will treat you right instead of like a dollar number in their pocket.Remember, you were WARNED to stay away from this CHEATS and LIARS!

Young gentleman working was nice and trying his best to help out customers. He was the only one working the morning I went in and kept his cool with rude and obnoxious people. Hats off to him.

Mercie was fantastic Stayed 20 minutes after closing to help me out. The computers were on the Frits and the manger and both Mercie were both patient and diligent. Would highly recommend.

Stopped in for what I was expecting to be a major issue. The manager resolved it immediately and politely and then answered the other 500 questions about plans and things. Not once did he tried to sell me anything I felt was unnecessary. I will definitely be back for any future needs!

Rude employees and limited inventory of phones and tablets. Kept saying we have to order a certain phone also refused to sell a tablet out right even though I'm an AT&T customer for over 20 year's.

Greg was AMAZING!! I had Verizon and was paying $100 more on my bill and constantly dropped signal. Now I constantly have 5 bars, internet is super fast, and I am not dropping calls.Came to this store to see my options and he gave me all the deets, no BS, wanting what's best for his customer. Rare to find a salesman who loves what they do and cares about their own knowledge and customer satisfaction over commission. Ya'll go check him out, u won't regret it!
