The worst bank. Worst customer service. Putting a limit on my card that I asked to be raised or taken off. They told me sorry we can only temporary but you have to call. But they work the dumbest hours. I can’t even use MY OWN CARD WITH MY OWN MONEY.

Representatives need to learn to activate cards with the pin customers give them not put in something random and expect the customer to fix it themselves. Disappointed

Beware. If you ask questions about your account and they don't like the questions, they will close your account. Koby Long did not like our questions about online check deposit availability. There are other customer-oriented banks to choose from.
