Never check voice mails for scripts, or delete before getting the pertinent information. Questioned about it by the prescribing Physician. The pharmacist intentionally hung up on him. You can make your own decisions, I removed our cash cow and gave it to Brookshires, haven't looked back since!

Stop LYING about orders being ready!!I can't count the number of times we have gotten a notification that our orders were ready, only to arrive at the pharmacy to be told that they hadn't even STARTED on them.I don't know whether it's just this location OR your company as a whole, but this practice puts you in the category of HORRIBLE service. It's one thing to run late getting an order filled - that happens. But going out of your way to LIE to your customers is nothing short of PATHETIC. That's EXACTLY what you're doing when you tell us that our orders are READY for PICKUP when they are obviously NOT.I only rated you a single star because there are no negative numbers on the scale.

I can only give 3 stars because I haven't been here much. The store manager was friendly and down-to-earth when I talked to him.

The CVS store isn't based on this review JUST THE PHARMACY! 1. Bring your phone in and have Netflix or YouTube ready the wait is worse then the DMV with on 5 people in line... (currently I'm 5th in-line and I've been here 38min.2. This isn't a pharmacy that cares about anything, I told them I can't take that brand and y'all are aware of this because of the Bad reaction I have with it, the pharmacist said well do you want it or not? No!!!! I want the script that's in my notes, that I call in 7 days before to ensure you order it! Anyways read the other reviews it's all the same. I've since changed to Brookshires Pharmacy and they are amazing... But this time I went to the hospital and they sent my script to CVS... I asked to have it changed but because of what the script was they would needed to do something... idk... so anyways here I am still 5th in line.... I have no clue why this place is so horrible but 40 min and the same customer is still at the counter... drive through line still has the same vehicle... They don't even acknowledge that you're in front of them... Well I'm still 5th in line it's now been 45min and they close in 50min!Oh snap 4th in line @ 47min ONE CUSTOMER IN 47 MINUTES!!!

I have never liked CVS. Not just this location but all locations. I never have enjoyable experiences and the people are always rude. I live 25 minutes outside of Sulphur springs. I went to pick up my some prescription along with a few other things and i stood at the counter for some time without either of them acknowledging my presence. I turned around to grab a protein bar and when i turned back around the pharmacist said that it was past 1:30 and they were leaving for lunch. (It was then 1:32) i told her i was standing there before and no one paid attention to me. She just said "sorry, we will be back" i live 30 minutes away... I'm not going to drive all the way home so i went for a walk to buy some time. When i came back i realized i didn't have my wallet since it's a sch. 2 drug.. i understood why they couldn't give me the RX but asked if i could just pay for it along with my other items and just pick it up the next time I'm in town. They said no because they can't get past the ID screen without it. So i asked why i could pay for it online and pick it up later but i can't pay for it in person, they couldn't give me an answer. This will be the last time i will walk into a CVS. They need to hold higher standards. I'll pay extra to go somewhere else.

Wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I had the option. Our prescriptions, even on autofill, are never ready when expected,.. unless you complain. Drive thru is not too bad but going in is a nightmare. Employees act like you are there at their convenience, too busy talking and playing among themselves to even noticed a costumer standing at the counter. Then pick and choose who they ask to help, with no regard to the person that has already been waiting. Then IF the presentation is ready, normally not, they can't find it. When they finally have it all done and together, the customer service goes down even more as the cashier doesn't have time to ask if you need help with anything else, again talking and/or playing around with other employees.Update: Since the merging of both CVS's, it seems to have improved! (I am posting this during the COVID-19 face mask restrictions, so we will see afterwards..)

Was in Sulphur Springs ER on 3/19- was given a prescription for Erythromycin ointment 3.5mg. Went to the drive through. Pharmacy says, "There's a problem with your insurance. I have to go through 45 different drugs to see which ones are approved. I will call you unless you want to wait" We gave them our telephone number. We didn't hear anything for 12 hours. We went in to the pharmacy. They said every time they tried to run the insurance it was, "declined" -then we were told, "they don't except anthem Blue Cross" We got no call from the pharmacy. We went over 13 hours without the prescribe medication from the emergency room We drove two blocks down to, "Walgreens"-and were able to get the prescription filled easily! Walgreens ran the script and filled it-they didn't have the problems the CVS did. So apparently they are incompetent or DO NOT accept Blue Cross Anthem Insurance. Ether way this isn't a place we won't be back

Plenty of CVS pharmacies, but its extremely hot during the summer while waiting for meds in the drive thru.
