Customer care in their main office is not good. Been trying to get answers for a problem on my account, been right at a month and they cant seem to get me an answer. Been with this bank for over 20 years, but now knowing they don't care to help you with a problem, just really frustrating! Vanessa and Justina have gone out of their way to help, it's their main office that's the problem. For nearly a month the main office emails or calls and says they are working on it and always says we just emailed the people over the problem, today! It's always we just emailed them again today, sounds like BS. Hope noone ever has a serious issue with this bank because you learn real quick that they really don't care, they just want your money in their bank.

I went today and Marianna was the bank associate that assisted me. She was so great and upbeat and it was refreshing as I had just had a terrible experience at another bank (accidentally went to wrong place). I know where we will be banking in the future.

Crappy! How is the bank have a ATM in Walmart BUTTT. You cannot use 1st convience bank ATM until 1st convience bank is open.. .. How INCONVENIENCE A worker from the bank that's just standing behind the counter says.. The bank don't open til 10 and neither does the ATM, Walmart has a ATM you can use.. THAT CHARGES YA... I won't be banking here not using this bank again.. today I will close all of my 7 accounts and move to a bank that. Will allow me to use the ATM at MY CONVIENCE

Bank is the literally the worst bank I've ever used. Never open when you need them. Always unable to cash checks from customers. Biggest mistake to open an account here. STAY AWAY

Never have a had a problem that they couldn't fix, my husband's check are available right after I deposit them and I have been with them for fixing to be 8 years

If I could leave a zero star review of this bank, I absolutely would. This bank has been nothing but problem after problem for going on 6 weeks now. Constant card issues, fraud issues, and now the last 6 weeks we’ve had essentially zero access to our account. They’ve “restricted” our access numerous times to where we were only allowed to pull a few hundred to try to survive off of. It’s gotten to the point that we are 100% unable to use our account without having to call them after it declines any and all purchases. Yesterday we finally for the first time in weeks got the card to approve one purchase then nothing - again. Stranded without fuel and card refusing to work. After an hour on the phone with the call center they approved us to withdraw FORTY DOLLARS from the ATM and that’s it. No explanation why, regardless of the thousands of dollars in our account. Come to the Sulphur Springs branch today and get told our account is negative $7. Excuse me? We can’t access our account, no bills we try to pay are allowed access to our account, so basically the bank has stolen our money. We’ve now contacted a lawyer and were told this wouldn’t be the first time a lawyer has been hired to deal with this bank. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS. I mean unless you like your money stolen and your bills not paid, then go ahead.

9 times out of 10, they NEVER do what my husbands asks.. I'm always having to leave & go up to my Rockwall location to get them to fix what this location does. How hard is it to make a check available?!?!

Avoid this bank if possible. Really watch out for their charges. They will hit you for one at any chance, and if you try to close your account it becomes a headache for them. I've had issues with them charging me for any small thing, and a friend had them hit him with a major charge, causing him some severe financial headaches. I will say one positive thing however, the convenience of this bank is nice. When the only place in town to shop is Walmart, it is nice to have your bank right there when you need it.

Seemed great at first but after about 5 months with this bank we started having a neg. balance & being charged overdraft fees when we had no checks nor were able to have neg balances. We had our account set up so that it would not allow us to overdraft it. If the money was not there we could not access anything yet they still kept insisting we had overdrawn our account. At first it would show a small neg balance but as time pasted the overdrawn balance would become more & more until finally we said enough is enough & stopoed banking there. I myself had a very simikar experence in 2004 at the 1st convience bank in the walmart in Irving Texas. I think it is something that goes on through out all these bank branches, they are a second chance bank therefor they must feel it's ok to cheat people out if their hard earned money but Thats not ok with me. BAS BANK DON'T USE THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT, & STEAL ANY & ALL OF YOUR MONEY THEY CAN.
