Horrible! Package lost but customer service won't help. Very rude agents. Money taken even though package never left the warehouse. My son now won't have a backpack for school. Sad when a company steals money from customers and lies to trick people into making purchases they'll never get. Will never shop here again and reporting this out so others don't get stolen from as well.

Only had to people there working mid day on a Saturday (1 helping customers on the floor and 1 working the register) and the line for the register backed up.... Ugh!

Nike vapormax plus are the worst shoes ever. They are comfortable but very noisy, sounds like your walking with soaking wet shoes.

The associates were all very friendly, and helpful! Which made for a very pleasant shopping experience! Folks are so rude anymore it was great to see these young people have great customer service skills!

I went in for sports equipment and I approached the counter to ask for assistance and the young girl working there never got up from sitting on the counter to help me. She pointed to the wall and said “they are over there under the helmets on wall”. I was very disappointed and will not go back. The two ladies that came after me were done the exact same way, she pointed and never got up to help them. She got up as I was leaving the store after asking another question, but it was to walk to the door 10 foot from her to ask the manager if they had what I needed. Bad experience all the way around. Customer service should be important part of training these days because shopping local is always good, but I won’t shop local with bad customer service.
