Absolutely the worst Personnel working parts counter. Trying to get a motor rebuilt in a 4077 just ordering the parts ordering the gaskets and everything else has been an absolute nightmare with them. Call try to order a roommate seal and he said it would be in the morning. I said thank you very much showed up today and there's no seal hasn't even been ordered yet. I have the motor in the back of the truck going to put it in and now I cannot because I do not have a roommate seal like I was promised. Originally by mistake was transferred to Texarkana store and he told me he could have had it this morning. I would much rather drive to Texarkana and get more than have to deal with them again.

Called service dept over a period of 3 weeks trying to get field service on a loader spoke to Gerald on every attempt to pay someone $175 per hr. After no call back, kept calling, leaving messages, finally on me calling again. Gerald states he was sick ok for ME to reschedule. I call back to make sure he confirms, Oops now he told me he was in training and forgot. Lastly I call him direct on work cell, followed up with text pics of simple job needing to confirm he put me on schedule since I have to drive 2 5 hrs. Gerald assures me this time I'm on his calendar. We'll I get up at 5am in dfw drive 2.5 hrs and the sorry s*** again a no-show. 3 hours after our appointment I get a call.... this time he says covid has him behind. Really, another excuse, another lie? Whatever.. never again.

Well we do alote of business with Holt cat but it's the last time I use this store very bad customer service on the parts side of the store if it's not easy for them they will not do it not even measure a pin to see if they have something close!!
