“I recently had the opportunity to stay here. We were there for about a week while we were waiting to move in to our new place. The day after we checked in, we had an emergency and called an ambulance. Lenny at the front desk was very helpful in directing them to our room. Angelina, our housekeeper did an excellent job cleaning our room, bringing extra towels when we needed them. She even brought me some large trash bags when I needed to dispose of his used supplies. This was super helpful and made our stay so nice. Mr. Joe did an amazing job on breakfast. We loved when he added cheese to those bland fake eggs! His homemade Pico de Gallo was absolutely delicious! And my boyfriend absolutely loved the fresh fruit Mr. Joe provided as he had very little appetite bc of his condition. As for Mr. Lenny, he is an absolute jewel. He was always super kind, helpful and professional. He genuinely cares about his guests and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as pleasant as it could be due to the situation. The hotel itself was a little outdated and I discovered that leaving the bathroom fan on blocked out those pesky hallway and highway noises. However, the service we received was 5 star and because of that, I will choose this location any time I am in Sulphur Springs!”

“The staff was kind and friendly and it's helpful that it's right off the highway. We stay at this brand because they allow dogs and they're inexpensive.

The room had clean sheets and towels. The AC was cold. The floor was a little dirty but it didn't bother us. We don't really spend time at the motels- just a stop for the night before we keep going.”
