So just eneded up not buying nothing.Wost loves I've ever been too. Hopefully she gets the proper training on how to treat customers. Disgusting!!!

In the vast expanse of Texas, where the road seems to stretch on forever, punctuated by the occasional town or city, Love's Travel Stop in Sulphur Springs emerges as a welcomed sight for the weary traveler. While I've meandered through the quaint cafes of Vienna and sought respite in the roadside inns of the English countryside, there's something inherently comforting about an American travel stop.Upon entering, it's evident that Love's offers more than just the essentials. The aisles are lined with a mix of travel necessities and unexpected treasures, inviting the curious traveler to explore. Whether you're seeking a quick snack, a fresh cup of coffee, or perhaps an accessory for the journey ahead, there's a good chance Love's has got you covered. The facilities, largely clean and well-maintained, provide a respite from the road's demands. The staff, though sometimes busy with the ebb and flow of travelers, generally offer service with a genuine smile. However, like any oasis, it's not without its imperfections. There might be the occasional wait, a momentary lapse in stock, or a minor oversight in service. But these are but small blips in the grand scheme of things. In the heart of Sulphur Springs, Love's Travel Stop stands as a testament to the great American road trip tradition, offering a mix of convenience and comfort. A solid four stars, for it captures the spirit of the journey, with just a hint of room for improvement.

We like stopping at Love's since we feel safe to use the restrooms. It's a place we trust. When they have a Carl's Jr or a Hardees, that makes the stop that much better.

To all the truck drivers who run from this station. Attention, please. Because they steal your points. When you fill in the diesel. They use their cards to get points and tell you. The system is out of order for the rewards card

The shop was very helpful to me! I would definitely recommend the shop here! They were very sympathetic to a struggling trucker.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unprofessional Attitudes and Subpar ServiceReview:I recently visited loves for a PM service, hoping to have some issues with my truck addressed. However, I left thoroughly disappointed and frustrated with the service I received.Firstly, I encountered a running lights problem and a sleeper suspension that required new shocks. Shockingly, the location had no parts available for the sleeper suspension, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Additionally, when I requested a PM service with Loves oil, I was informed that none was available, forcing me to opt for a more expensive alternative. It was evident that their inventory management was severely lacking, causing unnecessary hassle for customers like myself. What made matters worse was the unprofessional attitudes displayed by the team at loves. The mechanics showed a complete lack of care and attention to detail. To my disbelief, diesel fuel was poured all over the side of my engine, posing potential damage and safety hazards. When I questioned the mechanic about the incident, I was met with a dismissive response, claiming that he was working alone and that this was the best he could do. Even the manager's attempt to rectify the situation fell short, as they simply poured water over the spilled fuel, showing a lack of accountability. As an owner-operator with just one truck, I expected a higher level of professionalism and competence. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. It is unacceptable that a business would treat their customers with such disregard.I sincerely hope that loves takes immediate action to address these serious issues. Improved service quality, better inventory management, and a more professional approach are imperative. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider using this establishment until they can demonstrate significant improvements. In conclusion, my visit to loves was marred by unprofessional attitudes, subpar service, and a complete lack of care for customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that my feedback helps prevent others from enduring a similar experience.Rating: ★☆☆☆☆

I went to this loves in Sulfur Springs Tx store #738 and Nate dark, Chris McCullough, Josh Kolden, and Sean Patton showed nothing but love and very high professionalism while working on my trailer. They were very busy, but still made time to handle the job in a fast and professional way. These guys are passionate and very knowledgeable about their jobs and tasks at hand. I appreciate these guys they were awesome!!!

After using thousands in fuel and getting a oil change at loves I was told to move from a parking spot because I didn't have a trailer its funny to see that because they allow pickup trucks to park as they feel at loves, sometimes I even see RV's parked there also but I just moved from the parking spot because it's their property. I will never fuel or get an oilchange or spend any money at a loves for the rest of my life trust me I hope they think that telling a truck that just dropped a trailer he delivered a load with he doesn't have a right to park at their truck stop.
